Chapter 19

3rd POV.

Tien dashed straight for Burter. He striked out his hand as if it was a knife, trying to stab right through someone. He went to land his blow on the blue alien only for Burter jump to the side, evading Tien's attack. Burter then went to kick Tien right in the face. The former Crane School student reacted in time, being able to grab his foot holding it in place before it could come in contact with him. Tien jumped up into the air. Once he stopped ascending into the sky, he began to descend. As he was close enough to the ground, he slammed Burter right into it, making a loud crash! But he wasn't done just yet. Tien jumped up once again, this time sticking out his knee with it crashing down right on Burter's stomach! Burter yelled in pain as spit launched out from his mouth. Meanwhile that fight was going on, Krillin was engaged in combat with his own opponent, Shisami. Shisami punched Krillin in the gut, sending him flying. He put his hand on the ground to stop himself from going any further, making him skid. As he was put to a halt, he ran towards Shisami. The red alien got ready and carefully kept watch on him. But suddenly, Krillin vanished, a small afterimage appearing only to disappear quickly. Shisami looked around frantically.

"Where'd that little runt go?!" Shisami asked in worry. Then, he was met with a kick to the face by Krillin's to feet.

"Hyah!" Krillin shouted as he sent Shisami tumbling on the ground. Krillin then landed on the surface, rubbing his invisible nose. "Heh. That's for calling me a runt ya big brute." Krillin told him. Shisami got up and wiped the corner of his mouth. He looked down and saw that there was blood on his hand, clearly from his lip. Shisami clenched that hand and growled. Then he charged at Krillin with full speed. The martial artist himself charged as well to Shisami. They locked in with each other and began exchanging blows. Although Krillin landed a few hits of his own. Shisami came out on top as he kneed Krillin in the chin, then elbowed him in the stomach. Krillin was blown back, sending him crashing into the ground. Shisami smirked. Tien looked over to Krillin. He grew a worried expression on his face.

'I have to finish this fight quickly!' Tien thought in his mind. Burter grinned.

"Worried about your friend? Heh. I'm afraid that the pipsqueak will be turned into mincemeat soon enough. But don't be too worried. You'll join your little friend in the other world shortly. For you will meet your demise by the hands of Burter, the fastest being in the universe!" Burter bragged. Tien scoffed.

"You talk too much. That's not a good quality for a warrior." Tien scolded.

"Who cares about qualities just as long as I crush my enemy?!" Burter spat and charged at Tien. The three-eyed man sighed. Burter began to circle around Tien in fast speeds.

"I told you didn't I?! I'm the fastest in the universe!" Burter shouted, pride taking over his tone. The audience watched on.

"Geez, not to be rude here but does he ever shut up?" Goki asked. Jiece shook his head.

"No, unfortunately not. But he covers up for it with his unbeatable speed!" Jiece praised.

"Tsk. You never shut up either Jiece. You're always yapping on about how your face is apparently handsome! No wonder why you two are best friends." Ginyu told his subordinate.

"Ugh...fair point, captain." Jiece agreed. Tien raised his arm mid-way. His pointer finer stretching out as he began to charge his Ki.

"You keep bragging on and on about your speed. It's time to it to the test!" Tien exclaimed as a beam shot right out of his finger!

"DODON RAY!" Tien shouted. The beam pierced Burter's chest, making him fall right to the ground. The Ginyu force gasped in shock. Frieza shook his head. Shisami grumbled. He lost his  comrade and assumed he would start to be ganged up by the two. There was no Ki coming from Burter, indicating that he's dead. Jeice clenched his hand, angry over the death of his best friend. 

"Even after all that training, he still could not win. How pathetic." Frieza scorned. Jeice wanted to say something terrible to Frieza for talking about Burter like he was garbage. However, he knew what would happen if he were to step out of line. Krillin however, became determined over what had happened.

"If Tien can beat someone, then I can too! I'm not gonna let all this training go to waste!" Krillin said. He charged up and raised his hand all the way up.

"KIENZAN!" Krillin shouted. A big disc appeared above his palm. "Eat this!" Krillin then proceeded to throw the disc at his opponent. Shisami jumped over it, thinking he evaded it for good. But Frieza recognized that attack. It was the same one that cut off his tail!

"Shisami, watch out! It comes back!" Frieza warned. Shisami's eyes worried and looked back too see the disc coming back at him! Shisami tried to flee and flew upwards. The disc followed him. Krillin was controlling it as he swung his hand. The disc would continue to follow the soldier until it hit it's target. Krillin didn't want to drag this out so he put his hands together, charging a blue Ki blast.

"Ka...me...ha...me...ha!" Krillin bellowed as he shot the Kamehameha wave up at Shisami. Shisami turned his attention to Kamehameha and slapped it away with his hand, deflecting it. Unfortunately for him, that didn't give him enough time to react to dodge the Kienzan. The disc went right through Shisami, splitting him in half.
