Narrator POV

Veronica shoved Toni and Cheryl in the car as she drove in the dark searching for Toni's trailer. She finally pulled up at the white Wyrm. 

V: What the hell Toni?! This is a fucking bar. You know what? Just stay in the car.

Toni: HELL NAW IMMA GET OUT OF THIS FERRARI!

V: it's a Porsche...

Cher: JUST LET US DRINK OUR SORRIES AWAY! damn.

T: Ok I'm not staying in this "porsche" soooo bye.

Ch: I'm coming with you! I want to DRinK tOo

They both got off of Veronica's car while she rolled her eyes and started the engine. She drove away while flipping  the girls off. All of a sudden Sweetpea pulled Toni and Cheryl into the bar as he led them up to the stage. He gave her a nervous smile as Toni stumbled onto the spotlight with Cheryl. She mouthed, "What the hell sweets?". He just mouthed, "I need to keep them entertained! So entertain!". "Umbrella" by Rihanna started to play... Toni was too nervous to sing the beginning so Cheryl took over for her.

The song ended with Toni and Cheryl satisfied with how they did as the crowd clapped after the performance. They both walked off of the stage as they approached the bar. 

Cher: I'd like a Bloody Mary and do you happen to have cherries?

Toni rolled her eyes. 

T: I'd just like a beer and don't worry about this spoiled bitch... She should have one too.

Cher: Look, I'm sorry for acting like a total rich bitch and I hope you can forgive me. I dealt with some demons of my own at the time. So can you?

Toni turned to look at Cheryl's cuts on her arm and grabbed her wrists. She looked worried but not surprised.

T: These are your demons...Right? Basically drugs,money,alcohol, and cutting yourself. I can read you like a book. Some pages are left unread and some you just can't understand. But I'm not too surprised that a person like you is doing this...

Toni's hand slowly moved to hold Cheryl's as she looked at her with her warm brown eyes. Cheryl quickly needed to change the subject before Toni knows too much about her family. All of her mother's secrets should remain hidden or all of the blossom family will face hell and the wrath of the southside.

Ch: Want to sing one more song before you walk me home?

T: Sure...

Sweetpea helped them up the stage like the gentleman he is. "Toxic" by Britney Spears was playing and Toni had a wide smirk on her face. 

Cheryl's POV

I never considered Toni to be the funny and smart friend. She was walking me home because we left our cars at Veronica's house before she drove us to the white Wyrm. As we arrived Toni was looking out for my mother.

Ch: Don't worry TT, she isn't here tonight...

T: that's good because she probably hates us serpents too.

Toni stayed quiet and blushed as I broke the silence.

Ch: What? *giggling softly*

She leaned in onto my cheek as she gave it a quick peck as she leaned back into her previous position. I blushed red as she did too. That's something that friends do right?

A/N this was short but I just want to let you know that I got the karaoke scene from high school musical which is AMAZING!!! Don't judge meh 😍
