~Blair POV~

If Monroe giggles at everything Nico says this entire trip. I'm going to rip my hair out.

Iacchus gently glided over the clouds, occasionally dipping under them so we could see where we were. I, being the genius that I am, brought my I-pod and speaker so we could listen to some tunes on our quest. My playlist was on shuffle and when Frank Sinatra's 'Fly Me To The Moon' came on, I had to tell Iacchus that the tiny singing box wasn't trying to send us to the moon with hypnosis.

I was lounging on Iacchus' shoulders, with my arms crossed on his head. Letting the wind slide through my short hair. I hummed along to the soft music, listening to Monroe try to talk to Nico.

"You must get quest a lot. Since you're so powerful..." Monroe gushed. I imagined she was blushing. I mulled over the idea of interrupting their conversation by tossing her of Iacchus and letting her fly back.

Much to my pleasure, Nico simply shrugged. Monroe was sitting right behind me, with Nico in the back. I had not arranged the seating chart, mind you. If I had she would be in Iacchus' claws.

I chuckled to myself at the thought.

"Whats so funny, Purple?" Nico asked.

I glanced over my shoulder at him. "What could you possibly mean?" I asked innocently.

Monroe pouted, but tried to insert herself in the conversation. "Did you think of something funny?"

I nodded, "Oh yeah, it's a knee-slapper."

Nico snorted. Monroe looked confused, "A what?"

I turned around again. "Nothing."

"I heard you could beat Percy Jackson in a sword fight, Nico. Is that true?" Monroe asked, the persistent lil bugger.

"Yeah, but Percy's a good friend of mine. He probably let me win." Nico said, staring out at the scenery.

Monroe reached out and put her hand on his, "Oh don't be so modest, Nico. I bet you could beat anyone."

I looked back at them to see Nico's reaction. I stifled a laugh. For the first time on this entire trip so far, Nico seemed to notice that she was hitting on him. He blinked down at her hand on his, and met her eyes. For a moment he seemed surprised and maybe a little embarrassed. I mean, Monroe was hot so. Then his eyes slid past hers and met mine. I was frozen by his gaze. But I quickly swiveled around pressing my hands to my cheeks in an attempt to cool down the sudden warmth.

"Um, ehem. Thanks I guess." Nico stumbled over the words, extracting his hand from hers.

I allowed my laugh to slip past my lips. "Whoops." I chuckled, shooting an amused glance over my shoulder. Nico glared at me, but looked away shoving his hands in his jacket pockets.

Monroe scowled at me, and I gave her my best 'Back-the-fuck-off-bitch' look. She blinked, and I smiled smoothly at her. No need to start unnecessary drama, Blair. I thought to myself.

I peeked over Iacchus' side. "Where do you think we are now, Iacchus?"

The leopard cocked his head, Not in America. We are in the middle of the Atlantic ocean.

I whistled, "Yeet. That's dope." Behind me, Nico snickered. I ignored him, "Is there an island we could land so you can have a break?"

Iacchus looked around, then leaned into a gentle dive. Monroe let out a yelp and clung to my waist. Soon, we landed on the worlds smallest island. There was a small clump of palm tree's, a freshwater pond, and a couple fruit tree's.
