You invade my mind on a constant basis
Your image churns in my thoughts like a play's epitasis
But the play you star in is a catastrophe
Your character will be the death of me
The memory of you is vague
Having seen your play so long ago
But still it takes over like a plague
and I'm left out of the know
I don't understand why you're there
in my head like an illness
You have me stuck in a snare
But it possesses a beautiful brilliance
So in the blur of obsession
as my sanity I begin to question
I let it consume me
Until an end sets me free

A Collection of Madness
PoetryThis is a collection of poems and other short little drabbles that I've written over the years and continue to write regularly. Most of them are dark in nature and all come from the deepest parts of my mind and heart.
