A little boy in Wichita Kansas went missing and this is where he was found. People have made things to put at his memorial site. He was found under this bridge his hair almost white from the rays of sun beating down on him. He had a skull fracture and brain damage. The step mother had committed suicide after being released following with no charges. Leaving a gun by her feet and three suicide notes. My mom and I took part in this and made a sign.
