I'm so excited today because me and my best friend Robi and I are going to skip school to have a bff day. "Okay sweetie. I know about you and Robi's plan to skip school. Don't get hurt. make sure you know your surrounding and if Chris is going to be there I packed condomns". my mom said. I wasn't surprised because she's always in my business.

Chris is my boyfriend. He's the same age as me, 17. We've been going out for 6 months now and I think I'm ready to lose my virginity. He's always saying that he loves me and that we should start having sex. I think I'm ready but I'm not sure.

I came downstairs and started to watch Spongebob on TV. I'm watching that episode where Patrick turns into Patricia and Squidward and Mr.Crabs fell in love with him.

I walk out to the car to see Robi in her little blue beetle with a boy in the passenger seat and Chris in the back.

"Hey. Robi, Chris and..." I was hoping he would finish my sentence. "Trey. my name is Trey". he said. " My cousin" Robi budded in. He had pretty green eyes and was incredibly sexy. I guess I was caught in the moment because Robi started honking the horn. " Girl you better hurry up and get in this car " Robi said. He was smirking and I felt my cheeks flush while I got in the back seat. "Hey babe" Chris said while pecking my lips. "Hey babe" I said still mezmarized by Trey's sexiness.

"Babe are you alright " Chris asked worriedly. "Yeah I'm fine". I told him half the truth because he's been acting weird lately and when I asked if he was coming he said that he was busy. " I thought you were busy " I said. "Uh. it wasn't really that uh important. I could meet her uh I mean the dentist next week." he said nervously. I could tell he was lying but his dentist could be a girl.

We all pull up to the mall and we all split up. Robi and I and I think the boys just went their separate ways.

While Robi and I are walking around we see Chris with this Mexican girl hugging and kissing and shit. I was about sick to my stomach. However, I wanted to hear their conversation just so I could make sure I was right and not assuming wrong.

"Baby,when are you gonna break up with that hoe" Chris's bitch said.

"Soon baby. I'm just waiting for the right time" Chris told her.

I tapped his shoulder and said,"Don't worry. I'll save you the trouble. We're done" I stormed off with Robi. I can't believe he would do this. We've been together for 6 months. He didn't even chase after me. I was trying not to cry because I knew Trey was coming and I didn't want him to see me like this.

I hopped into the backseat like before and started to wait for Trey. Five minutes later I see Trey coming.

"Hey y'all why are we leaving so early?"

Trey asked confused.

"August needs to go home and uh fix dinner yeah fix dinner and I need to help her so I'll just drop you off at Grandma's house. She wants to see you." Robi was trying to cover up for me.

"I could help y'all cook it's no problem to me" he said. Oh this boy is so sweet.

"No it's okay we're fine" Robi said.

"No its fine it's boring at grandma's house." He is so nice. "No thanks we do not need any help." Robi said.

We were pulling up at their grandma's house now. "Well call me if you guys decide you need my help. Bye Robi. Byeee August" Trey said.

"Bye Trey" Robi said. "Bye" I could barely mumble the words because I was so heart broken. "Hey August are you okay?" he asked. "Yeah I'm fine" I was on the verge of tears. "Okay but if you need me call me." he said while handing me his number.

After our last goodbyes and me meeting their grandparents we were on our way to my house.

It was so hard not to cry while he was in the car, now it's harder to cry. I can't let even let one tear fall out of my ear. When we got to my house I changed my mind and decided I wanted to be alone.

"Robi you can go home I'm fine. I just want to be alone" I told her. "Are you sure?" she asked worried. "Yeah I'm fine" I told her. "OK girl. Bye I'll call you later" she said. "Bye" I said.

As soon as I got home all of my tears decided to escape. My mom was in the kitchen reading the newspaper. As soon as she saw me she got up and hugged me. I started to cry harder. "Its okay baby its okay". she said, her soothing voice calming me. I started nodding my head. She didn't push me to say anything, she just let me go at my own pace.

After I was all teared out. I went up stairs and went up to the bulletin board of me and Chris and started ripping all of our pictures and fell to the floor over them just looking at them. I got up and went on my purple bed in my purple room. I went in my pocket and pulled out Trey's number and decided to call him.

It started ringing and I started to get nervous.

"Hello?"
