The light began to shine through the blue curtains. It sparkled on the couple curled into each other. The woman's pink hair was spiraling around her, a smile curved on her pale pink lips. You could see the age on her face, not wrinkles, but scars and more developed features. The man, that had his wife so close, was still as musclier even at his older age. His hair was much longer, but still spiked up in it's natural way.
Soon the woman's eyelids begin to twitch, eventually popping open. They sparkled with love seeing her sleeping husband. The greens of her eyes had only shown love when she looked at him, not caring about his evil past. She moved his arm slowly off of her, not wanting to disturb his slumber.
Birds began chirping outside of their window as she stretched. Her curves showed in the shadows; they had finally were perfect after having two children. Not that she didn't have nice curves before, but now she was shaped like an endless hourglass that she loved to flaunt at her husband.
Her feet finally met the cold wooden floors with a creak. She rushed to the bathroom, the house full of chilled air, her body not used to. The hot water immediately steamed out with the a flick of her skinny fingers.
Her shower was quick, wanting to see her husband before he took off for work. She had work off today, a gift from Naruto. "Spend a day with your kids." He had said, sending a warmed smile to the pinkette. "You work too hard."
The black-haired man shifted in his sleep, a beep alarming him from his clock on the opposite side of him. He grunted, glaring at the green numbers with sleepy eyes. His job wasn't as kind as Sakura's, yes, Sakura was called at all hours of the day, but his job called for him almost 24 hours every day. Sakura ran the hospital, usually not needed for most surgeries unless it was too hard for her doctors. Sasuke wasn't as high honored as his medic wife, he ran most of the missions for the ninja of Konoha, a job new, when Naruto no longer had time to direct as many missions needed for their quickly growing community. He was needed much more, when so many things began to change much quicker.
His heavy body finally had left the comfort of their warm bed, sliding his feet the opposite way of his wife. His clothes were hanging on the door for the day, just like the pinkette had always done. She had a strange habit of dressing him, feeling like she knew what went better with what than the Uchiha.
Still not feeling like changing out of his pajamas, which only consisted of his boxers, he slumped his way to the kitchen. He switched on the lights, showing their large, quite expensive, kitchen. Being the growing Uchiha clan called for expensive lavishes, not wanting to live down the once powerful clan. Not that it was a problem, Sakura and Sasuke made enough money to settle into a house that was expensive.
By the time the wet, pinkette had emerged from the bathroom, in a white fluffy robe, her husband had gotten somewhat dressed and already made his coffee. The newspaper was laying open on the dining table, where Sasuke had took a quick scan of it. She sat in he favorite seat, facing the window that led to an enormous backyard. She liked to watch her children play, or watch the wildlife of the forest blocked off by a white fence.
"Good morning!" She greeted with a smile, when the man had come out with his shirt half buttoned up and hanging out of his pants. He had his favorite coffee cup in his hand that made her smile every time she saw him caring it around.
#1 Dad
It said in a curly sprawled font. Whenever she read it, she couldn't help but think how much of an amazing father he was.
A small memory sneaked into her brain. One night, after working much later than she wanted too, she finally had come home. Her house was inviting and warm, the lights bright in the now dark atmosphere.
She could hear soft movement in the house as she reached the door. Half of her was hoping the kids hadn't destroyed the house, knowing Sasuke was highly capable of not knowing a single thing to do. She opened the door, "Mom!" she immediately heard her son and daughter call, slightly suspecting her husband yelling, too. Her daughter came sprinting out in a purple dress, her pinkish hair clearly braided and ponytailed by her husband.
She hugged her tightly, jumping frantically. "I gave Daddy a makeover!" She squealed. Sasuke finally made an appearance, his body slow moving around the corner. She noticed her son latched onto his leg, already making her laugh, until she noticed... Sasuke covered in makeup and his hair braided and ponytailed, almost worse, than their daughter's.
His cheeks turned red, or maybe it was just the blush. "I like the new look!" She laughed, almost chocking on air. He rolled his eyes, trying to get their son off his leg. The next week was when she had found the cup, she had also gotten him one that said 'Pretty Princess', curtsey of their daughter.
The sound of his cup hitting the wooden table snapped her out of her thoughts. She smiled at him, wider, since she already was. He was leaning into to kiss her, but she quickly covered his mouth with two fingers. "You have coffee breath, mister. If you wanted some kissing action, take a breath mint," he grunted and moved his head back.
He ended up kissing her on the lips anyways.
