Chapter 1 - First day

EMILYS POV

I CANT BELIEVE MY MOM ISNT HOME YET !!!

I come on.. She's the only one I have right now. I need her through these tough times..

Oh where are my manners ! Hi, I'm Emily Watson. I 16 with brown hair and hazel eyes. My dad died in a car crash.. My mom is still devastated but she never helps me with my problems which is a BIG problem.

I miss him and all but I know it won't make him come back..

The all of a sudden my thoughts were interrupted by a door closing.

I go down stairs to see my mom putting her purse down and sitting on the couch and about to turn on the TV with a bowl of ice cream on the table with a huge spoon in it.

"MOM, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?" I yelled crying and about to hug her.

"Honey, I was going out for a while because I realized that I haven't been out in a long time." She said looking through the channels on TV.

"Mom.. I think it's time you get over dad and move on. He's still with us and will always be." I say.

"Honey I- " she says but I cut her off.

"DONT YOU HONEY ME! I HAVE BEEN HER ALONE, NO ONE TO TALK TO, KNOWN THE FACT THAT I GET BULLIED EVERYDAY.. mom I'm saying I need you. So when you get your mind straight and grow away from the past give me a call. I'll be at Kylie's till you give me a call.." I say walking up stairs to pack.

I decide to give Kylie a call..

KYLIES POV

I really hope Emily's okay..

Oh sorry there! I'm Kylie, I have curly blonde hair and blue eyes. Emily and I have been friends since I could ever remember! She's like a sister to me. I feel bad though because her crush that was her best friend started to bully but she still likes him.. Hold on my phone is ringing.

I pick it up and see it's Emily.
So I answered it.

E= Emily
K=Kylie

K=Hello?

E= Hey Kylie! Can I spend the night at your house for a while?

K= Yes! You are always welcome! When are you coming?

E= Is right now okay?

K= YESS! COME NOW!

E= O-okay! Don't scream! Well I'm gonna start reading over! Love you Kylie!
