Chapter 4

Kodys P.O.V.
(After he left the kitchen)

I exited the kitchen making it up the stairs.

"He can't talk though!"
"Yeah! He never speaks!"
"What witch can't do magic?!"
"Your not a real witch at all...!"

I felt tears forming in my eyes.

I finally make it to my room.

I closed the door quickly and I slide down my door.

I cry into my knees, until....

"K-Kody...? Are you alright?" An annoying but cu- No! Werewolf voice appeared.

"Go away!" I yelled.

"But Kody! Your crying!" He sounded concerned.

"No I'm not! Now leave me alone!"

"If that's what you want..."

"Go..."

I then heard footsteps walking away from my door.

I got up and checked.

I closed it and slid down my door again.

Sobbing into my knees.

~~next day~~

I came out of my bedroom and I saw Lumine at the top of the stairs going down.

Good thing he's the one going down
And not me...

I walked right past him, but I accidentally startled him making us both trip.

"Nnnnn...." I rolled and I saw Lumine laying on my back with his stomach across from me.

"Lumine....! Get off...! Of...! Me....!" Can there be one day we're he's NOT about to kill me?!

"Gah?! S-sorry K-Kody!!" He quickly got off and stood up.

"Now you to run to school quickly! It's already 7:45!!" My dad said.

Lumines eyes went wide, he then grabbed my hand and we dashed out of the house.

~~running to school~~

"Lumine!!" I yelled.

He then haulted and as I caught up with him I fell beside him.

"You okay?!" He helped me up.

I dusted off the dirt from my dark blue jacket and continued walking.
