Okay, so first of all... I really don't believe in perfection. If something, say... a piece of cake, is deliciously perfect to you... it might not be perfect to me. Or the Guy who lives across the street. Even if every single living person in the world thought it was an absolutely perfect piece of cake, there might be a defect somewhere. The ingredients to make that delicious slice might have used food sorce that, an animal could've died because we used it to make a piece of cake. That animal or it's family wouldn't have thought it was so perfect.
I'll give you another example.
Perhaps all that one nation wants is peace on earth, and the only way to do that is to have a war to end all future wars. But, the winners of that war could've caused pain to the losers. Veterans who served in that war are scarred forever. Loved ones are reminded of their dead family members every day. It's not so perfect to them.
Perhaps the war ended mutually. There was bombs. Although no one died. The land that the war was held on could be negatively affected.
