I do not mean to be sexist, but to create an even number of participants, I had to create gender-specific roles--6 male roles (excluding me) and 7 female roles. Only one per person, which means I will only be accepting 13 people. IF you want a role, you have to create an OC tailored to that role, like my OC--the Ambassador--is the host of the party. He's going to be dressed fancy, maybe in a gray or white tuxedo with a black undershirt and a white tie. His personality is going to be stern, but fair and kind. I have provided descriptions of each role, but what you wear and how you act is up to you as long as you believe it fits the character.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

MALE ROLES:

1. The Congressman -- A member of the US congress, you are currently striving for ways to better the country's economy.

2. The Paperboy -- You are a boy who is working endlessly to help support your family.

3. The Moonshiner -- You illegally make alcohol to sell cheaply, and even enjoy some yourself.

4. The Farmhand -- You and your family raise animals and sell crops to pay your bills, leaving you relatively unaffected by the Depression.

5. The Ambassador -- The host of the party, inviting you all here to enjoy a day away from the Depression with a hearty dinner. (Played by: Me.)

6. The Pauper -- You are a person who lost everything in the Stock Market crash, and now are forced to live your days out on the streets.

7. The Social Worker -- You take on government created jobs for financial stability, having lost a great deal to the crash.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

FEMALE ROLES:

1. The Flapper -- You are a dancer from the Twenties, hiding the fact you were affected by the crash.

2. The Actress -- You're an actress who's a long way from her country home, trying to make it big by starring in relatively successful movies.

3. The Vice-Principal -- You are a professional woman who's making up for her losses by running a school.

4. The Librarian -- You are on the poorer end of the spectrum, but sustain yourself by running a library.

5. The Executive -- You are a very successful company executive who cut her losses, sensing the crash was coming.

6. The Mother -- You are a stay-at-home mom, relying on your husband for money.

7. The Politician -- You are campaigning for a spot on the congress, promising a swift end to the Depression with laws and reforms.

Just to be clear, I am NOT open to suggestions for role. I am going to take the best application I see for that role, and when I have reached at least 13 applications, I will announce a due date for all following applicants.
