Chapter 2: Who's X? Part 1

Continuing Jessica's POV

After school was done, I immediately exited the class to see Mei looking at me but I turn around.

"Jessica" Mei said as I started walking faster. I then felt a hand stop me and I look up to see Anjie, Honey, Chaze in front of me.

" You okay?" Chaze said, Concerned.

" Yeah" I said. They smiled and looked at me that where I spoke, " Can we speak in private? "

" All of us? " Honey said.

" Yes" I quickly said.

" I can't, Jess. I have to babysit my baby sister" Anjie said.

" Me too" Chaze said.

" How about u, Honey?" I asked. She shook her head.

" Ohhh. Okay but if u changed your mind we meet at my house, okay?"

"Okay" They said and left.

I then went home to see Mei talking to my mom.

"Sweetie, Mei is back." My mom said.

" I know, mom" I said looking at her.

" Mom, can me and Mei go up to my room? I need to talk to her."

"Of Course, My dear" she said and left.

"Come on" I said and we walk to my room.

In My Room

"Why are u back?" I said.

" No greeting, Jessica?" Mei said.

" I'm serious"

"Fine, I need to ask u something"

" What? "

" Have u receive text from a random person name X? "

" How did u know? Did u receive some to?"

She was going to answer me but her phone rang and after she was done. She said, " I have to go.See you
tonight, here" and with that she left.

Later That Night

None of them showed up like I hope even Mei. I wonder what's so important. I was thinking but realized I had to take a shower. When I did my mom shouted, " Jessica, your friends are here". I rushed out and saw the 3 of them.

Chaze's POV

"Honey?" I said. She looked at me and responded, " Yeah"

"Should drop everything and go to Jessica's house?"

"Why?" .

" Cause isn't that bad we lied to her?"

" I guess but our group spit up for 2 years and nobody said nothing so why bother?"

I was about to reply when my phone started vibrating. I unlock my phone and notice it was from an unknown.

I clicked on it and it said " Funny how things ended 2 years ago, right? Especially with you know who chaze. That was fun going behind your best friends back." - X

My eyes widen at the video of me and him. I then looked at honey and see that she got a message too.

" Honey? " I said, scared.

Honey's POV

Chaze was on her phone while I was waiting for a response but then my phone started vibrating I look to see it was from an unknown number.
