"Tony we need to call all of the Avengers now!" Bruce emphasized as the chaos between all the questions spewed out, mainly from Tony.
"He's right, there's time for questions later." Raptor responded, half just not wanting to answer for where she'd been. It would bring up his memory that she had betrayed them to help Loki escape last time they'd been together as a team. "Thanos is dangerous.
"Thanos is a bloody murderer! Just get all the Avengers ready now!"
Tony glanced between him and Raptor. "Well... we fought each other, we're divided now. Not that you two would know about that; being preoccupied with your own lives apparently."
"Stark..." Pietro glared at him but was cut off by Banner's outburst once more.
"What? Why?"
"The Sokovia accords." He shrugged as if it weren't his fault. "Then stuff happened and we fought and got divided."
Banner seemed to be about to say something again but Dr. Strange- an odd but fitting name for the man in Raptor's opinion- stepped forward. "I'm sorry to stop your talk but I think they're coming for Earth."
"Think?" She huffed. "Thanos pretty much said he was."
Tony turned his head towards the caped figure. "And who the hell are you? You just show up in a portal saying you need my help and I don't even get your name?"
"Doctor Strange." About time the introductions were out of the way. In the few minutes Tony had arrived it had been nothing but broken, chaotic conversation.
"Well I actually believe you. I think they'll come for Vision's mind stone." So, he at least wasn't arrogant and stupid about the dire situation they were going to be in.
Strange made a movement with his hands and the golden necklace he wore unlocked and opened to show a green light from a stone within. "And this stone too."
"That's one of the six infinity stones Thor told Cap and I about... Bruce?" He glanced at the scientist as if for confirmation.
"Yes, Tony."
She rolled her eyes, the conversation was getting somewhere but it was slow... seemed to be going in circles too at times.
"What's that?" Pietro turned and stared towards the door.
"Thanos is here." Strange moved and took the lead onto the streets of New York. "Get the civilians away."
Raptor wasn't sure that was an easy task, plus most were already running through the streets while the wind from the strange alien ship blew papers and trash throughout the area. She growled and began shifting forms, ready to fight again despite the odds; she would show she was strong enough to at least take a few hits.
They shoved past the people and urged them away as they approached the landing ship. Raptor forced herself not to chase after some of the stragglers running away; as hungry as she was they weren't her prey to hunt- well that and there was an alien ship with enemies about to attack them. Food could happen later once these guys were taken care of, perhaps questions would be answered as well.
A blue beam shot down into the deserted street and two figure from the destroyed Asgardian refugee ship appeared. She narrowed her eyes at the thin one; he'd been the one to wrap the metal around them... The other... he appeared to be brawnier and weapons oriented. "You will die at the hands of the Children of Thanos. Be thankful that your meaningless lives are now contributed-"
