A/N: I drew the gif in June and now I am writing this in Sept and I hate it but I have no time to redraw it so please just take by it's meaning...

A mirror stood before me. As would mirrors work, a reflection of myself shined on the metal surface. My long platinum white hair and red eyes. Yes, this is me. This is who I am. I am Sayuri. I am not Chiharu. I led out a sigh of relief as I gazed down and closed my eyes

"Are you sure about that?" A voice  similar to mine questioned and I peered up back to the mirror quickly, seeing how my hair was slowly turning into a dark shade of green and my eyes changed to dark purple. "Aren't you really Chiharu?"

"No. I am Sayuri."

"Chiharu~" the voice teased and fills me with anger more and more.

"Shut up. I am Sayuri, please stop..."

"Chiharu~ Chiharu~ Chiharu~ ..." It chanted on. It was vexing hearing myself being called someone I was not and at the same time I felt envious to the girl named Chiharu. She had so many friends who wants to return and...

"Haru-Haru."

And someone who loves and cares for her so much.

She was lucky to have met such great people, I could never do the same thing... The only one there is Ayaka.

Then the image of Ayaka chatting with Itona flashed in my mind.

Ah but, Ayaka has friends now doesn't she? She is always out doing something, she is almost never at home until late at night nowadays.

So doesn't that mean I am alone?

What is this feeling? It's awfully suffocating...

The picture of a dark room with a cage seemed to appear in my mind.

"It is ... sad .... she died ... make do ...  failure ... you." A faint voice seemed to be mocked me, yet a  I couldn't hear what it was clearly.

I felt this feeling before.

But when?

My slumber was cut short by my own heart palpitating rapidly. Was it such a bad dream? Recalling the events in my dream, it felt so real that it might as well had been reality. I closed my eyes once more, hoping to fall back to sleep, but end up tossing around a lot uncomfortably. i sighed at my newfound inability to sleep and got up. Karma's house was big, so i decided to walk around and explore and get my mind off the surreal dream.

I glanced around, the girls were all sound asleep. I did not want to wake them up so i tiptoed out the door and opened and shut it quietly. We were still at the sleepover at Karma's house and according to my phone, it was only 3am. What could i do until sunrise besides exploring the big house my classmate's family owned?

The exquisite, yet intrinsic interiors were enough to amaze me, though in the rather dim environment of the night, it did leave a spooky feel to the place, like a haunted mansion of sorts. But whatsoever, in the short memory span I have I did not believe in the supernatural, even though our teacher was pretty much a octopus man. Oddly enough, the darkness seemed to comfort me in a way, like i was used to it.

"What are you doing?" A feminine yet lady like voice sounded across the halls behind me. I turned around to see the beautiful red haired lady who was Karma's mother.

"Sorry, I was having trouble sleeping so I thought I walk around to get my mind off things..." I replied.

"I see, something troubling you?" Karma's mother asked.

I couldn't possibly trouble her with it... I bit my lip and shook my head.

"Is it related to earlier when I mistook you for Chiharu?" She asked. I looked up at her in shock that she guessed right. "Looking at your reaction, I guess I am right. i am guessing that you feel shadowed by this Chiharu who looks like you right? That everyone forgets that you are not her."

I nod slowly and solemnly.

"I am sorry to hear that but maybe i could offer some advice to help. How about try and do things to make your presence bigger? So that they acknowledge who you are and stop comparing you to Chiharu after seeing how different you are from her."

Listening to her advice, I realize what she said seemed logical. i haven't done anything to make my identity as Sayuri more clear to everyone. "Thank you for the advice. I will try to do as what you said."

"No problem."

"Um... by the way, is Akabane-san having trouble sleeping too?" I asked, wondering why she was awake so late too.

"Not exactky, just that, my son is missing again. I am guessing he is just at Chiharu's house again honestly... That son of mine was really attached to her," she replied.

"I see... I can tell... He screamed at me when we first met cause koro-sensei asked me to sit in Chiharu's old seat..." I replied.

"Oh? Mind helping me get my son to come back home? I am actually pretty tired, I had been working on some proposals due tomorrow and I happened to see my son leaving the house when I glanced out the window," She asked.

"Ah, I..."

"Please?" She grabbed my hand and pleaded.

"S-Sure..." I couldn't say no since I was scared of Karma.

A/N: I have been reading your theories and they are pretty interesting haha. just a small hint, tentacles
