Chapter One

Welcome to Equestill! Here we are following Gabryelle Heru as she goes to Spark Town at request of Equestill's princess.

Reading an old book, Gabryelle finds a tale of the princesses of Equestill. As the tale says, there was a princess for the sun and moon. However, one princess had been trapped in the sun as a weakness.
"Princess of the moon was trapped in the sun, to weaken her?" Gabryelle said, tilting her head slightly. She guessed it made some sense, but she didn't really understand it. Shaking her head, Gabryelle closed the book and put it away. Another happened to fall. Gabryelle glanced at it before placing it on a table.
She had sat out on the edge of her patio in her room, closing her eyes to relax. However, curiosity got the better of her and she went back into her library. Grabbing the book, Gabryelle flew to her room to lay on her bed. The book was a longer version of the tale. She decided to read it even though she already did moments before.

In the tale of Equestill's princesses, there were princess sisters. The older was princess of the sun, Adya, and the younger was the princess of the moon, Neoma. The sisters ruled over Equestill. One day, the ponies of Equestill had ignored Neoma, not treating her as a princess. Because of this, darkness took over her. This darkness lead to Adya being required to fight her younger sister. During the sisters' fight, Adya found a spell to trap a pony in the sun or moon. As Adya was fighting the princess of the moon, she decided to trap her sister in the sun in order to weaken the younger princess. Years after this banishment, the moon princess will break free when Unity is of age.

Gabryelle looked at the text again. "When Unity is of age?" she questioned to herself. Putting the book in her bedside drawer, Gabryelle's mind wandered to what it could possibly mean as she drifted to sleep.
