New Years Kiss

It's the New Years! Lucca and I are going to our friends house for a New Years Party. Lucca and I have been friends with Clayton since we could remember. I'm getting ready at my house and Then Lucca is going to pick me up. I am trying to decide what to wear for this party. Ugh I don't know what to wear! Fine! I'll think about it in the shower. After my shower I have an idea of what to wear. I'm putting on my nice skinny jeans and a army green sweater. And my black scarf. And my general boots. I curled my hair and I'm ready to go! I'm excited to see Lucca and for this night to start! The night is still young!! When Lucca picked me up he kissed me and said " Happy New Years babe!" He's so sweet, I love him like crazy! We get in his car and we listen to our pre party jams and we act like our goofy selves and we have our own party in the car. I love dancing with Lucca in the car.  Once we get to the party we are greeted by our friends and we are congratulated by many people. So many people want to see my ring!! It's crazy! There's so many questions about when our wedding is and what's the theme and where's it at and what our honeymoon is. We honestly haven't planned a thing yet... uh oh! I feel like we should have things planned. I guess we need to start planning. This is stressing me out! I need to stop thinking about it and party. This should be a fun time! So I get down to dancing and then there's the countdown to the New Year! 5...4...3...2...1..0...HAPPY NEW YEAR! Lucca grabs me and he pulls me in for a kiss. "Our first kiss for the new year! And many and many more kisses for you babe". That was a good kiss! Good thing it's dark cause I think I'm blushing! We've never really kissed in front of people. Lucca and my parents are kinda strict about that stuff. But I guess we are engaged so that's okay I guess...? This is a good party with some good music! Everyone is dancing then night away. I'm getting tired. I wonder if the party is almost over. I go to the couch and I drift off to sleep. I was in a hard sleep.

Lucca's point of view:
I was talking to Clayton when I couldn't find Violet. I asked Clayton if he knew where she was and he said no. We went to find and and she was peacefully asleep. "She's so cute when she sleeps," Lucca said. " I guess she partied too hard." Clayton said. " Well I guess I should take her home." " Thanks for coming and drive safe man, it was good to see you and Violet. We should hang out more often again." Clayton said. " Thanks for everything Clayton and we should plan something," Lucca said. I pick Violet up and I put  her in the car and seatbelts her in and I kiss her on the forehead. She so beautiful I'm a lucky guy! How did I get so lucky? I pull into her driveway and I pick her up from her seat and I open her house door and I put her in her bed. I take her shoes off and I tuck her in. I kiss her on the forehead and I say "goodnight angel sleep well babe."
