Well it started one day when I was at home from the first day of 1st grade. And I wanted to ride a horse. So my dad caught the brokest horse we had and I rode her bare back. Well my sister was riding a unbroke horse. U have to remember I was only 7 so I didn't know what I was doing. Well my horse went up behind my sisters horse and her horse started kicking my horse. The horse I was riding turned to fast and I went off the side. Her horse kicked me in the head. I don't rember much but I do member my dad running to see If I was ok. He seen that the side of my head was all squashy. So he told me to get in the car but I couldnt move so he put me in the car and told me to not fall asleep. So I tried my hardest not to. I went to the closet hospital. They couldnt do much so they life flighted me to tulsa. My mom told me that when I was in the helicopter that I told her that I died and I seen angels and the devils helpers fighting to see if I lived or not and appearently the angels won cause I'm still alive to tell my story. She also told me that my siblings were scared to death that they might not see me again. My dad was so scared that he prayed that I would be ok and he normally doesn't pray. I spent a month in the hospital. The reason I was in the hospital was because they said the left part of my scull was in pieces! If I was t left handed I would of died cuz they say left handed people use the right part of their brain and the right handed people use those left. Well they shaved my head bold do I wouldn't get a decease. I have a horse shoe shaped scare on the left side of my head. And for two year peoe would think I was a boy. And when I went back to the doctor I had to have surgery to put a metal plate to replace the skull that was missing. Cause my left side of my head didn't have perfection so if something hit it I would die instintly. It took me three years to get back on a horse but now after seven years I help my dad brake horses. I'm 14 and I'm doing good. They head damage didn't hurt my learning and I have a 4.0 in school. I cheer, do track, and I play softball. Every once in awhile I get a bad headache butim glad Im still alive it's all because God was watching over me! I think the lord and the doctors, my family members and friends that helped me threw those hard three years!
