Long way from home pt.2

{A/n- heres the second part to to the first chapter. Enjoy my little demons~}

Angel sighed mentally as she waited for lakisha to strike or do some sort of attack, lakisha then spoke to the younger female. "How about this? If you manage to beat me or do a decent amount of damage to me. I'll go with you. But if I win it'll cost you your life or maybe a few limbs~" Angel looked at her, and thought for a moment, she didn't like the terms the half-breed gave her but she knew she had no other options so she looked at her. "Alright...I accept your terms...." she said to her as lakisha grinned darkly.

Angel looked at her as the eldritch half-breed ran at her at rapid speeds, which caught the slender-half breed off guard, though she managed to block a attack but the rest found their marks, as slash marks formed on Angel's forearms and chest. "Ngh! Crap!" She winced as the half-breed kept on the assault of clawing and scratching at her, Angle then teleported a bit away from her, and she turned her own hands into claws. And she rushed at lakisha and dodged an attack. as she did a upwards slash scratching lakisha from her stomach towards her shoulder. "GAH! WHY YOU LITTLE!" Lakisha snarled at angel.

Angel smirked slightly as she jumped back and she pulled out her knife, and ran at her again, using some of her demonic powers she moved a bit faster, and she slashed lakisha in the sides and her back leaving deep gashes. Lakisha snarled demonicly as she said something in a ancient language as some of the wounds began to heal, her eyes soon turned dark crimson. "Hehe~ This should be rather fun~" the half-breed said as she teleported behind angel and kicking her in the side with enough force to send her flying into a nearby tree, her back made a loud cracking sound.

Angel grunted as she felt her back hit the tree, she knew something was badly broken or bruised, she coughed up a bit of blood. And she got up and rolled out the way of a pure blue fireball, lakisha had pure blue flames in her hands, and she threw them at angel. "Oh shit!" Angel cried out as she avoided most of the fireballs, some of them hit her in the side, or shoulder. Leaving bad burn marks on her skin, she held back her cries of pain, as she carried on with the battle. She soon tapped into some of her slender abilities, as she made her tendrils appear just in time, to catch lakisha by her ankle as she tried to jump at her and slash at her again.

Angel's tendrils soon tightened their grip on lakisha the sound of a few bones breaking could be faintly heard, lakisha was smart and more experienced in battles, so she said an incantation that set herself on fire burning Angel's tendrils badly causing the proxy to screech, dropping her onto the ground. Lakisha said another incantation as she summoned a nagitana which was a Japanese weapon, and she soon began to slash each tendril off of angel, the young proxy winced as she blocked a few slashes from lakisha, her body was growing tired.

Lakisha then said a spell that kept angel in place which alarmed her, "You shouldn't have came here kid...then you could have been able to see him for another day~" Angel looked at the half-breed her eyes growing wider. "YOU BITCH! LEAVE THEM OUT OF THIS!" she snapped at her only to earn a slash to her abdominal area, causing her to cough up some blood, lakisha sneered at the proxy. "Pathetic you honestly think that you can stop me?! HA! Don't make me laugh" Lakisha stated as she twirled the nagitana, she brought down the blade onto Angel's shoulder. Angel howled in pain as she felt the excruciating pain in her shoulder.

Lakisha smiled insanely as she removed the blade from angels shoulder and she swung it into her abdominal area, making her cough up more blood, her sight was growing blurry and she felt her eyes grow heavy. Lakisha tutted as she said a incantation to heal Angel's wounds, she wasn't going to finish her off easily, oh no she wanted to savor each and every moment. Angel looked at the half-breed and snarled slightly at her, as the half-breed released her, which was probably going to be her biggest mistake, as angel lunged at her her tendrils grew back and her face was blank like her father's.

Lakisha was caught off guard as she was pinned to the ground and Angel's tendrils speared into the half-breeds body, missing her vital organs on purpose but she did it to make her suffer as she did to her. "You think it's funny dont you?~ well guess what bitch two can play this game, but that's for another time~" and with that angel knocked lakisha out and she removed her tendrils, her face going back to normal, her body was badly wounded, so she grabbed onto lakisha with her good arm and she teleported back to the mansion. Luckily she was in front of it as her sister katethechaser15 and toby were walking outside.

Angel looked at them and smiled weakly before she collapsed from both the pain and the major blood loss. All she heard was Kate's and Toby's frantic voices, and her being lifted by someone and carried inside and taken to Dr. Smiley and nurse Ann, who soon got to work on treating her wounds first and then lakisha's kate waited outside of the infirmary while toby went to get tim who was out on patrol. Nurse Ann wheeled lakisha into a separate room and had her stay there, while kate was sitting by her sister holding her hand, praying that she'd be fine and pull through. Soon masky and toby ran into the room.

Masky went over to the other side of Angel and held her hand in his, "please...be okay...Angel....please..." he said his voice full of worry, kate looked at him then to her sister, toby stood there as he looked at angel. "S-she'll make i-it she a-al-always does!" He said trying to cheer them both up. So they sat there for what felt like eternity, tim was asleep holding Angel's hand his head resting on her bed while kate was asleep hugging toby who was in turn asleep as well.

Angel stirred slightly grimacing from the pain, "ngh...son of a bitch..." she said to herself as she woke up slightly to see tim asleep holding her hand, and she saw her sister and brother in law, sleeping on the other side, which brought a smile to her face, as she layed back down and falling asleep again knowing that she was home again and they were still here.
