Draco walked through the halls of Hogwarts, a heavyset frown on his face. He had grown increasingly lonely over his years at the school. Slytherin was likely the most hated house, although that had never bothered him. He was always proud to be a Slytherin, just like everyone else in his family. Malfoys that weren't in Slytherin couldn't even call themselves Malfoys anymore.
Unlike when he was a first year, second year, even third and fourth year, Draco was starting to realize that maybe his petulant torment of his fellow students was cruel and uncalled for. Despite who his father was and his connections to the Death Eaters, Draco wondered if he had made mistakes in bullying so many people.
The sixth year boy's thoughts were cut off, though, when he heard a scream coming from another hallway. Along with every other student in the hall, Draco ran, pushing everyone aside, to get to the source of the shout.
A girl with a frenzied look in her eye had her wand pointed upwards, a younger student lying limp at her feet. The girl thrust her wand forward towards who she hoped was her second victim. All of the students that had gathered around dispersed, fearing for their lives. The girl began to cast the cruciatus curse, but was interrupted by a challenger.
Draco had pulled out his wand before he even came to the scene and cast the disarming spell. Unfortunately, his spell missed, but it was enough to momentarily take the girl's attention off the third year student she was ready to victimize.
The girl turned to him and readied her wand, a wide-eyed expression making her look past phsycotic. The words for the killing curse began to escape her mouth, but once again she was interrupted by a meek eleven year old using the levitation charm to levitate the girl's wand right out of her hand.
In a rage, the frenzied person reached up and snatched her wand out of the air, then pointed it at the eleven year old. Draco tried to think of a spell, but panicked and couldn't come up with one in time before the cruciatus curse was cast, thus the girl had taken control of the first year.
The pair outnumbered Draco but he knew that he still had a slight advantage because he was older than both of them, therefore he knew more spells.
Draco cast 'Aguamenti' at the troublemaker and watched as a stream of water erupted from the tip of his wand and washed over his target. She was pushed into a sitting position, sputtering on the floor, but was able to keep her focus on the unforgivable curse and the child.
Still under the control of the soaked girl, the small eleven year old aimed her own wand at Draco and said the fatal words of the killing curse.
A green light shot from the tip of her wand, peircing through the air, and coming straight for Draco.
