"How does this look?" I nervously ask looking at myself in the mirror.

"Just as great as the other ten times you came out here." Tejah sighs.

"Urhh!" I plot down on my bean bag face first.

"Your going to look amazing no matter what you wear Sila. Your just over thinking it, here  try this." I look up and she has dark wash jeans and a purple crop top long enough were it meets the jeans right where they stop. I try it on and breath a sigh of relief.

   "Thank god I found something."

"Yeah my butt was getting numb from sitting here for a half an hour." She complains and to be honest I can't blame her. I put a black wrap around choker on and some flats. Luckily the coffee shop is only a few minutes away so I walked there. I got there Micheal was sitting at a table on his phone.

"Sorry, did I make you wait a lot?" I sit down across from him and he shoots his head up.

"No, just got here." He smiled.

"May, I get you two something to drink?" A male worker came up and asked us.

"I'll have the pumpkin spice latte." He replied.

"I'll have the same as well please." I smile and look across the room to Tejah sitting on the other end of the coffee shop watching us. How did she get that huge hat?

"What are your hobbies?" He asks putting his phone down next to his hand.

"Music, writing, drawing, and Fashion. How about you?"

"Music, sports, and photography." He smirks. Our lattes came and we both took a sip at the same time.

"Do you have any siblings?" I ask resting my head on my hand.

"No, An only child, but I do have a cousin that I'm really close with. How about you?" He smiles.

"I have a younger brother and sister." I respond looking at Tejah. She was doing hand motions and I knew especially what they meant. "Don't be nervous." He looks embarrassed and then He smiled and laughed.

"I was hoping that you'd say something like that. I was so nervous, I am way more talkative when my heart isn't ready to jump out my throat." He laughs.

"Same here, trust me. Do you have any interesting stories?"

"This one time my cousin and I got pranked so hard by our friends that my cousin couldn't go to sleep for a whole week." He said and I leaned in to say that I'm interested. (One point for body language!) "So my cousin and I were both fifteen and my parents were out on a business trip which meant that we were home alone. We used to always stay up late, so it was around midnight and there was a knock on the door and my cousin made me go get it. There wasn't anyone at the door and when I walked back to the living room my cousin looked like he saw a ghost. I look at the huge window and there was a man standing outside with a knife."

"Are you kidding me?!" He nodded no and I let him continue.

"We both ran up the stairs as if that guy was right behind us and locked ourselves into the closet terrified. We were going to call the cops but the only phones and our phones were all downstairs while we were upstairs. The guy had undone the lock to our back door so we hear this guy's footsteps coming upstairs. My cousin at this point is literally about to vomit and looks like any time he could explode." He laughs while telling this part and all that's going threw my mind is "the poor cousin!"

"The guy bangs on the closet door and my cousin screams bloody murder on the top of his lungs! The guy bursts out laughing and that's when I burst out the closet and brake the guy's nose cause I knew this is my friend Lucas." He rolls his eyes and continues. "My cousin had a phobia of intruders so that had scared him so bad he didn't leave his room until my parents came back home."
