Hoe For Hire

Chapter three

Layla and I were walking to our next class when we saw it again.

Zack was trying to hit on Juliet but she kept ignoring him.

Juliet was actually minding her own business and Zack was annoying her.

She didn't have her flirtatious smirk on that she usually does. Her face actually looked bored and emotionless.

"That's why I'm kinda friends with her" Layla said. "We've both have hated Zack our whole lives."

I laughed at what she said.

But I looked back at Juliet ignoring Zack.

I could see why Zack wanted Juliet so bad. I mean she was drop dead gorgeous.

She had pale white hair with black under laying. She wore nothing but black and white and most girls hated her.

I knew she didn't have any girl friends mostly because the girls here thought that she would steal their boyfriends from right in front of them. Layla and I were sort of her friend. Whenever we needed to do a group project for school she worked with us but that's about it.

I remembered my idea while I was watching Juliet blow off Zack.

I walked into class and took my seat next to Layla and wrote her a note.

S: I have to tell you something but after school.

L: just tell me now. Why does it have to wait?

S: too important for a note. I'll tell you in person after school.

L: ugh okay. My place?

S: yeah. I'll be there as soon as school ends.

L: okay.

I looked up from the note and saw Juliet walk into class late as usual. She took her seat in front of us.

I tapped her shoulder.

"Hey Layla and I were going to hang out at her place today after school. I was wondering if you wanted to join us?" I asked her.

I could see Layla surprised and what I did.

"Erm sure. I'll be over at five thirty. Is that okay?" she said.

"That's fine! You remember the address from our last project right?"

"Yeah. I do. I'll see you after school then"

"Okay. Yeah!"

Layla quickly wrote me a note.

L: what the hell man?!

S: you'll see.

L: dude wtf

S: I'll tell you after school.

L: ugh fine. This better be good.

S: oh trust me. It is.

After school

As soon as I walked into Layla's room she turned around on her swivel chair and said; "Explain. Now."

"Okay okay okay. So you know how I hate Zack now?" I said.

"Yes" she said smiling. "Go on."

"Well... I really wanted to get back at him for doing what he did to me right."

"Right"

"So I decided since I couldn't play Zack like me played me maybe she could."

"I see where you're going with this." Layla said. "But how are you going to ask her? You can't just be like 'hey I want you to play with my ex boyfriend's feelings'."
