Rain poured down from the dark clouds above. Hooves against the road was the only other sound. Tears streamed down my face. My body shivered. The events that lead to this came to mind.
"Come again." Did I hear wrong? Walking back to the castle Mikasa said something out of character. Mikasa would never say that.
"I said that you won me over. I'm glad you were the one that took Eren's heart" the raven spoke. Turning to me she gave a small smile. Entering the castle I headed off for Eren's office.
"We can't let him know." Stopping my moves my heart stopped. Is that Armin.
"He won't I promise you." Soon after that a loud sound admitted. Moans and grunts followed. Before I knew it I had ran down the hall. Racing outside I hopped on Annabelle. With a looking back I left.
The town square looked the same. Farms selling their cattle and crops. Kids running around. Shops selling clothes and food. A broken smile formed on my lips. Guiding Annabelle through the crowds I felt back at home. Being at the castle for a few days really changes your view. Starving villagers and homeless families. When I still lived with Isabelle I never once gave them a paring glaze. I was stuck on her and her only.
Continuing down the road our house can into view. The window was brightened by candlelight. Tying Annabelle to the fence post I knocked on the door. Door opening I was met bright green eyes. Suddenly I was pulled into a hug. It was confronting. Disbanding the hug the redhead drag me into the house. Everything looked the same. "What brings you back big bro?"
"I think the prince is cheating on me." Just thinking about it brings tears to my eyes. I don't want it to be true. Maybe it isn't? No! What I heard it has to be real! "So I'm here to stay." Turning to Isabelle she was crying. I'm the blink of an eye she slapped me. My cheek hurt but I didn't move.
"You think!!" She shouted "You can't just assume things like that Levi!"
"I hear them Isabelle" I softly spoke.
"It could have been something else. You can't just assume just a piece of a conversation."
After that we went silent. I don't want to argue. She could be right. Maybe I did assume to soon. Well I have tonight and tomorrow to think about going back. I hope I don't pick the wrong choice. So in the meantime I can spend time with Isabelle.
"I understand Isabelle, I just need time to think." Looking to her she nodded. Giving a closed eye smile she rested her head on my shoulder.
"Big bro can you tell me about the castle?" Then for the rest of the night I talked about the castle. All the while Eren was in the background. I don't know what to do.

Sorry I was gone for awhile. I had finales and then I wasn't in the right mind set. Finally I got back to writing. Also I think me doing smaller chapters help. Let me know what you think.
