Kaymani: (crying hysterically) no no no! Try again! Try to bring her to life again!

Doctor: (holding Kaymani back from barging into the room) please calm down, Kaymani. We've done all we could do, I'm sorry

Kaymani: sorry? Your sorry? I don't want your damn sorry! I want my sister! (Falls to the ground crying and breathing hard)

Terah: (sniffling) what happened to her?

Doctor: her heart failed. She was a former bulimic--

Kaymani: no. No she wasn't!

Doctor: yes she was, all of the purging caused her heart to get weaker and weaker, until it couldn't hold on anymore

Kaymani: (screaming) no! No! This isn't true! She never.. I never saw... This can't be right!

Doctor: nurse please take her in an empty room to calm her down (the nurse takes Kaymani into the nearby room)

Ray: im gonna go check on Kaymani yall

(Lexi's POV)

Lexi: ok. (Walks over to Roc and hugs him) I'm so sorry Roc

Roc: (laughs) I kind of feel like Kaymani.. I don't want your sorry

Prince: Roc she's just trynna help

Roc: help? You can't help! My fucking girlfriend just died in front of my own eyes! Sorry Lexi but you can't possibly understand how I feel!

Prince: stop--

Lexi: no Prince, let him finish. Does he honestly think nobody can relate to him right now?

Prince: Lexi calm down!

Roc: (yelling at Lexi) no I don't think you can!

Lexi: wow Roc, wow. This shows you know nothing about me. Cause if you did you would know I had no child hood. I witnessed a gang shoot and kill my older brother at 8 years old. I almost got raped at 10. I never knew my parents! All I remember from my childhood is juvie! So I think Ive got ya beat! Oh, do us all a favor and suck up ya baby tears (walks off)

(3 days later)

(The funeral)

Everyone says a speech at the funeral then the family goes on stage and sings amazing grace. I take one more good look of Laylani before they closed the casket and I honestly just can't picture her being bulimic. It makes you wanna start paying extra close attention to the people you love....

Prod: well that was depressing

Prince: I know we're all sad but maybe we should go out tonight, to get our mind off of things

Ray: I'm in. I'm pretty sure Kaymani wanna be alone with her family right now

Roc: honestly I don't see how you can party after your friend just died (rolls eyes)

(Lexi's POV)

We walk up in the club and "night time" by migos is playing. I start doing the dance and Terah jumps in.

After the song ended terah, prod, and Ray went they own ways and it was just me and prince. "Grind on me" starts playing and prince asks...
