I suppose I should start this off with an apology. I'm terribly sorry I haven't updated recently. Its been a combination of me being busy, me not being motivated or I was just procrastinating which happens very often with me. So thank you for those who stayed patient and waited for so long. On another note while I've been trying to write this chapter I've seen some amazing art of Nashlie along with the other members of the N-Gang. So if you have any art I'd love to see it! So I hope you all now enjoy the chapter!
Things are changing, from people to the world around them. Don, Dick, and Dashlie are beginning to see maybe not everything they know is as they think it is...
The silence was deafening as Dashlie tried to wrap her mind around what was in front of her. Rather than yelling or running out of her room she opened her mouth before closing it in disbelief, maybe Don wasn't losing his mind. Unless this means she's lost her mind too. Suddenly the ghost her sat down on the bed and pat the spot next to her. Then Dashlie slide a hand down her face. "What. The. Fuck." Dashlie muttered as the ghost her smiled sheepishly.
"Yeah I suppose that's a reasonable reaction." She laughed awkwardly. The two sat in silence for a few more seconds before Dashlie let out a sigh.
"What do you want." Dashlie muttered as she began pacing around her room.
"What do... I want?" Nashlie asked in surprise. Dashlie huffed turning to glare at Nashlie.
"Uh yeah? What did you come here for, a friendly chat? Who the fuck are you?" Dashlie laughed as Nashlie ducked her head in embarrassment.
"W-well I mean I'm technically you." Nashlie said hesitantly. "Just dead?" Dashlie frowned at the statement and turned to face Nashlie.
"What do you mean?" Dashlie asked suspiciously as Nashlie toyed with her fingers looking down at them.
"I'm from a timeline where you and everyone else died." Nashlie explained as Dashlie narrowed her eyes.
"So how are you here then?" Dashlie asked quietly as Nashlie stopped messing with her fingers.
"I was let out." Nashlie said looking directly at Dashlie. Dashlie stiffen as she felt a chill run down her spine.
"Who. Who let you out!" Dashlie snapped walking over to Nashlie.
"Don." Why was she not surprised. Dashlie groaned as she paced the room, opening and closing her fist as she did.
"Oh course that fucking dumbass did!" Dashlie hissed throwing her hands up.
"I mean it's not his fault." Nashlie said softly as Dashlie turned to glare at her.
"Now are you just saying that because you consider him your friend or because its actually not his fault?" Dashlie sighed now plopping down next to Nashlie.
"A little of both." Nashlie admitted as Dashlie laid down on her back. Dashlie blew a stray piece of hair out of her face as she laid there processing the information.
"You never answered my first question." Dashlie said quietly as Nashlie glanced down at her.
"I didn't?" Nashlie asked in confusion. Dashlie sat up.
"No, you didn't, and you said before that you're technically me so that means you're definitely here for something." Dashlie accused as Nashlie went quiet. A few seconds later she smiled.
"Ah I shouldn't be that surprised, I underestimated you." Nashlie said as Dashlie tensed up.
"So what do you want?" Dashlie asked warily as Nashlie stood up. She turned to face Dashlie a strange glint in her eye.
