Chapter 9

It has been about a week since I got on the team, and the whole Voldy thing is behind us. 

Sadly, Jane was sent home, so now I am a lone wolf, with the occasional  sibling talking to me. 

Lilly and I are on good terms, or at least she isn't ignoring me at all costs, which I find a success. 

My first game was about to begin, against Ravenclaw. Within the week, we had been practicing nearly everyday, and preparing for the season. I am quite nervous for the game, because ever since I woke up, I had a horrible feeling something bad was going to happen. But I brushed it off, and focused on winning the match.

"Fred!" I yelled for him. He appeared soon after I called for him.

"Yes?"

"I'm scared for the game." I told him

"Don't worry kid! If your anything like me, and I know you are, you will do great." 

"Thanks." 

"Now go, the match is in 10 minutes!" 

I grabbed my broom and my wand, and headed to the pitch.

The wind was in my face, the smell of the excitement was evident in the air. We were losing by 30 points within the first 3 minutes. 

I glanced in the crowd, and saw my brother and Scorpio were cheering me on. I smiled and went to block the ball. 

I dived on my broom as fast as possible, i went to hit it but my thumb made contact with the buldger. The moment my thumb made contact with the ball, my environment changed. 

A portkey I thought. I took out my wand and flew to the ground. 

I looked around, taking in my surroundings. Home. Or at least my old one. I walked into my old house, and saw my previous mom and dad tied up. 

"about time you got here!" I heard a voice. 

"My lord, i suggest that we start." 

"Yes, yes, Verchow We shall."

Voldemort. I grabbed my wand and turned around, to be face to face with the dark lord himself. 

"Let them go, and no one gets hurt!" I yell at him

"patience child. Cooperate, and we will let them go." He laughed.

My parents were knocked out cold. 

"What do you want?" I cried at him

"Put your wand down." He told me. I obeyed. "Good girl." 

  "let them go." 

"Verchow, tie her up." 

"Yes my lord!" The small squeamish man said.

The man came and tied me up, and I didn't protest, because I, had a plan. 

"Kill them." He ordered

"No! I obeyed! Please!" I cried, tears streaming down my face

"Av-"

"Accio wand!" I whispered "Stupify!" I pointed my want at the small man. 

"I said let them go!" 

"I am the dark lord! I will not be fooled by a preteen girl!"

"Im 14!" I yelled annoyed

"Avada Kedavra!" He yelled

"Protego!" I yelled back

The green and red lights clashed

"Stupify!" I yelled

"Crucio!" 

It wasnt working, so I quickly pointed my wand at a knife in my kitchen

"Oppungno!" And the knife started to attack him. And within the few seconds I had, I grabbed my parents, and apparated to new zealand and dropped off my parents, because thats where they would be safest. I obliviated them and then apparated back to outside Hogwarts grounds, then flew in.

I ran back in to the castle, bloody. 

"Fred!" I called.

"Sarah! Where have you been you look bloody awful!"

"Portkey. Voldemort. Mom and Dad." Was all I could get out

"Well lets get you to Mcgonagall. Everyone has been so worried, your parents are even here!" 

I went to her office and the moment i walked in I was embraced

"Where have you been?" Ginny yelled

"Portkey!" 

"What?" Harry asked

"The ball was a portkey." 

They all gasped. 

"Did you?" Harry started

"See Voldemort? Yes. I nearly escaped too. Luckily Fred taught me some stuff, like apparition."

"Fred?" George asked

"Oh yeah, you don't know. Well nevermind." 

"Well what happened?" Mcgonagall asked

"He had my parents, or old parents. He wanted to do some spell, and used them as bait. He also had a henchman, Verchow. I don't know what he was planning, but the spell couldn't have been good." 

"At least you're safe."  Ginny said.

"Now go to dinner, tell your siblings you're okay, we'll figure something out." Harry said

I walked out to the great hall, and immediately went to Albus. 

"Sarah! You're okay! Tell us what happened!" 

"Albus, she's clearly tired, maybe later." Scorpious said.I blushed, I mean I didn't pshh.

"Someone has a crush!" I heard from behind me. I jumped to see it was fred. I ignored him as usual.

"You okay?" Scorpious asked

"Just fine." I replied

"Okay then."
