Jarvis, the dragon elder, greeted Spyro with a grin. "Haven't seen you in a while!"
Spyro looked in a bit of confusion. "Why aren't you in Wizard Peaks?"
Jarvis said with an upset look, "Spyro, I may have to leave out of there. Ripto and his Riptocs have invaded Magic Crafter's!"
Spyro looked angrily at the situation. "Ripto is going to feel the burn!" Spyro said in a cocky manner as he ran. Justin followed.
Jarvis eyed the young yellow dragon. "Spyro? Who's your new friend?"
Spyro stopped and turned to Jarvis. "Oh, sorry. This is Justin. He's here to help."
Justin nodded with a smile.
Jarvis said, "Be careful you two. Those Riptocs seem tougher than they look."
"Alright." Spyro said. The two young dragons took off and saw that Jarvis was not kidding. The Riptocs have actually gotten control of Magic Crafters.
The Riptocs were wizard-like here.
"This is nuts!" Justin said.
"Yeah. But we shouldn't let the numbers bother us!" Spyro said. He ran to the danger. "Let's go!"
Jarvis ran after Spyro. He charged into a few Riptocs like he was taught. But soon charged into a bigger Riptoc. He didn't even affect this one...
"Uh," Justin said. The Riptoc swung his huge scepter around the poor dragon boy.
"Oh no!" Justin said as he dodged the attacks.
Spyro, after flaming a huge Riptoc, saw that Justin was in trouble.
"Justin! Use your breath!"
Justin forgot how to use his breath! He was panicking.
Spyro jumped from afar the ramp, landed, and breathed Fire on the Riptoc.
Justin was relieved yet upset that he didn't do it himself.
Spyro just shook his head at Justin. "Use your breath next time."
"Sorry." said Justin.
"It's okay. Come on. There's more where that came from."
Justin and Spyro trotted up to the super charge ramp. It looked like a long way down as they hiked up to the top.
"Now Justin," Spyro said, "I know you don't know how to use the super charge so I will tell you. Just charge on the ramp!"
Justin looked a little dumbfounded but got what the purple dragon was saying. He revved up for the charge and charged through the super charge ramp. He leaped into the Riptoc defeating it. "Like that?" Justin said.
Spyro looked astonished. He didn't expect Justin to defeat an enemy and super charge that well.
He shook his head to snap himself out and said, "Yes. Like that."
Sparx looked in surprise. As the two trotted down, Sparx said in a buzz, "He must have known from the video games."
"Yeah it's pretty weird."
"What's weird?" Justin said.
"Nothing."
A Riptoc came from behind Justin.
"Look out!" Spyro exclaimed.
"Huh? Ahh!" Justin screamed and lightning came out of his mouth shocking the Riptoc. The Riptoc fainted and turned into a gem.
"Whoa! Did I really do that?" Justin asked.
"Yep!" Spyro said. "Keep it up!"
Justin smiled. Deep down he was excited. He used lightning breath and it was amazing. The portals from here on in was closed. The dragons closed them with magic. They didn't want to have Riptocs in their world. Little did they know that they appear from the magic. Only one portal was open. That portal was where Blowhard, an old enemy of Spyro's was seen and defeated at. It was at the pond near the balloonist.
"I bet this is where Ripto is Spyro." Justin said.
"Yeah it is. Let's go." Spyro said.
The two young dragons went into the portal. Justin didn't know what was going to happen.
