❝We allow our ignorance to prevail upon us and make us think we can survive alone, alone in patches, alone in groups, alone in races, even alone in genders.❞
— Maya Angelou

Hey, this is my first official story on this account. I've had bits and pieces of potential stories in my drafts for the longest time, and I finally decided to throw something together and post it.
I wrote this story to serve as a reminder that you are not alone and there are other people around you, even close to you, who are also struggling. Life's a test and we're all here, somehow trying to pass.
DISCLAIMER: This story contains mentions of death/suicide and how characters react to it.
