Colleen walked downstairs to find her husband laying on the coach watching some documentary. She had been editing for a few hours now and decided it was time for a little break. Walking towards him she ran her hands through his hair before sitting down next to him.
" taking a break?" Erik asked
" mm yeah my back and shoulders are a little sore. plus I missed you. " Colleen responded
Erik took her small frame in his arm and made it so he was behind her. He then started massaging her back.
" that feels really good. Thanks babe" Colleen said as she kissed his cheek.
They sat in silence for a few minutes before Gus Gus hopped up on the coach to snuggle.
" hi! Gus Gus! Oh hi little snuggle bug" Erik cooed in a baby like voice
Colleen threw her head back laughing " I love how much you love him. It warms my heart"
" how could you not love him? I love all the snuggles!" Erik said
At the moment Colleen knew it was time. Turning around so they were looking at each other. Taking his hands in hers she softly said
" in a few months we are going to have a new addition to our family to snuggle with.Surprise "
