-She can controll blood and make it turn into different things, but this quirk does not include excellent healing abilities, she can heal fast and minor wounds but anything greater than that and she might risk killing herself, the things that she makes are very tough it is infact harder than steel but once the blood is out of her body it can no longer return.

Best friend: Kasumi Bakugou
Job: Waitress for a cafe (I needed a sideline for her)
Likes: Reading,working at the cafe, playing video games, reading manga, helping people, training her quirk, singing, hanging out with her bestie Kasumi

Backstory:
Believe it or not Izumi developed her quirk while helping her mom cook dinner, while her mom was not looking she pushed the stool towards the counter and picked up a small fillet knife, but when she tried curring a potato she made a small cut on her hand, she cried in pain and Inko came running to see whats wrong, Izumi then showed her cut but what they saw was a shiny metal like substance covered Izumi's hand, replacing the pain with joy and wonder Izumi jumped up and down screaming "I HAVE A QUIRK!"

Shouto Todoroki or Katsuki Bakugou (Kasumi's twin brother)
