chapter 5

I woke up startled. I didnt remember falling asleep. my head was pounding and my face felt bloated.

I looked next to me and jc was sitting up on his phone.

"hey. Your up. listen, Cameron is sorry. he didnt mean what he said."

then I remembered what happened. I overreacted.

"oh yeah. where is he?" I asked while looking for my phone.

"he should be in the bedroom." jc pointed toward the end of the bus.

I got up and traveled my way to the back of the bus. the sliding door was closed. I hesitated before opening it. when I walked in everyone was in a bed. cameron was laying where kian should be, which means kian is on the couch.

"cam?" I whispered while lightly shaking him.

"what?" his voice was groggy. he checked his phone."you know its two in the morning." he was a bit annoyed.

"sorry. I just came to say im sorry for overreacting. it was so stupid of me to hit you."

"ohh. um, well it was my fault. I was in a bad mood and shit."

I felt the bus stop. my body flew forward a little.

"oh. well, i better lay down. I probably wont be able to sleep."

"wait. since we are both already up wanna go for a walk. it would feel amazing to get out of this thing." cam got up and put on his shoes before I could even respond.

I grabbed my own shoes and walked to the door.

"Jeffery, me and jordan are going for a walk. dont leave without us." cam informed the driver and walked outside.

the air hit me quick. it was cold out. but it felt amazing.

"do you know where we are?" I asked him.

"all I know is we passed las Vegas about an hour ago." Cameron stated while rubbing his eyes.

A silence took over us. Not an awkward silence it was more comforting. We were parked at a rest stop.

"Do you want anything to eat?" Cameron asked while opening the door for me.

"No, I'm good." I sat at a small table and waited for cam to grab a snack.

"Coffee at two am?" I gave him a weird look " you won't be going back to sleep"

"I didn't sleep much any way." He gave a shrug and took a drink

"Guys! Jeffrey is going to take us to a hotel down the street" JC called from the door

Me and cam walked quickly to the bus and woke Matthew so we could have the couch.

We settled there for a couple minutes. Jc was fully awake now, but he was on our bed playing on his computer.

"We are here, get the boys up to go inside. Brandon already bought 3 rooms." The driver I formed us.

We woke up everyone and went inside, we didn't want anyone complaining about me, can, and JC being awake so we shared a room while the other boys settled in Theirs.

"I'll share a bed with jc since we are used to it, I guess" I layed down and played on my phone.

"Guys I'm sleeping in here, Nash willy shut up" Matthew said bursting through the door.

He jumped in bed with me when jc went into the bathroom.

I didn't really care, so I just playing on my phone.

I slowly drifted to sleep, my eyes became heavy. I automatically wrapped my arm around Matthews waist, thinking it was JC. I felt hands reach out to my hair and his hand ran through it, making me even more tired.

"Matt! Move out of my spot" JC yelled startling me awake.

Matthew didn't move and stayed comfortably in place.
