Clockwork

I feel as if I'm a clock, 

Ticking either just a bit too slow or a bit too fast, 

Slowly falling into my own time. 

While the rest of the world ticks in unison, 

Here I am completely alone, 

Unable to sever my own world I've created in my mind from reality.
