۞ 2/10 Foolish ۞  

"Get off!" You shouted again.

  Luckily, Alucard appeared behind them just in the nick of time and shoved his hand through a ghoul's chest before one chomped on your leg. He finished off the others, but wasn't quite pleased with your actions. You stood up by yourself and dusted your knees off. "Th-th-thank you Alucard..." You quietly mumbled, panting while looking away embarrassed. But he was still angry though. Without a doubt, he grabbed your arms and slammed you roughly against a wall, piercing through your eyes with fury. You froze staring back at his crimson glowing eyes.

  "Do you realize what you've done? You ran away and almost got yourself killed. You're nothing but a foolish idiot who deserves to be eaten by dogs. I don't know why I even allowed you live in the first place..." He stated in a low husky voice, leaning towards your jugular and slowly pressing his fangs on your neck.

  You shivered as a dark tone of crimson flushed across your face; tear drops rolled down your cheeks and onto his. Feeling something wet drip on his face, he released you from his grasp and walked away, scoffing. Leaving you against the wall, more tears started to swell up in the corner of your eyes as your back slid downwards the wall. You rubbed your back in a pained gesture due to his overwhelming strength.

  He seemed aggravated to the point where one his of veins in his temple could possibly explode from anger. Although, he felt a little troubled as if he shouldn't have raised his voice at you.Looking over his shoulder, he noticed you succumbing into grief and frowned, walking towards you. He thought of you as a sad puppy whimpering and felt pitiful. He crouched down towards and wrapped his giant arms around you, engulfing you into a hug.

"God you are such a fool, [Name], you make me want to impale you sometimes. . ."

  Gently, he stroked your hair delicately and glanced at your face. You were sobbing like a baby while trembling, making you feel nauseously embarrassed.  He wiped your tears away with his thumb and kissed your pale forehead. He held onto you tightly as he started to levitate into the air. He placed his hand over your face to block your vision while holding onto you carefully.

  You slowly stopped weeping and felt a sense of a breeze pass by as you held onto him. You held onto his muscular arm as he covered your eyes. This comforted you greatly and you felt a sense of peace upon yourself. You faintly smiled and asked him, "Where are we going, Alucard?", sniffling. 

"Have patience, my mere mortal," He responded.

  You nodded silently in agreement and leaned back onto his chest as he flew away with you. As the atmosphere felt different, you were quite anxious where Alucard was taking you. It felt like as if you were gliding through the air like a bird, but different. Next time you should keep in mind not to be foolish at times!
