Eddie's P.O.V
"Demi. Demi wake up!" she grumbled and turned her head, her glasses falling to the floor. I couldn't leave her in the car, so I handed Dianna my luggage and carefully carried Demi out of the backseat. It wasn't hard, she was as light as a feather.
I could feel her arms tighten around my waist as she nuzzled her head into my chest.
After checking in at the reception desk and recieving our keycards, we were directed to the 3rd floor. I took the elevator, she was still out for the count in my arms, not a wink. Dianna, on the other hand, was already far ahead.

We reached the 3rd floor and I propped Demi up against the wall, her head falling against my leg, as I fumbled amongst the junk in my pocket, finally pulling out the keycard. I swiped it, kicking the door open. Putting the keycard in my mouth, I bent down to pick her up gently. Fireman carrying her into the room and towards the comfy looking bed, kicking the door closed behind me. Flicking the lightswitch with my nose.
As I laid her down on the bed, propping her head up with the pillows provided, her phone fell out of her pocket, landing on the carpeted floor beside the bed. It read 6%charge and it was 9:47pm.
I rumaged through her bag in an attempt to find her phone charger, it was full of junk! A bottle of aspirin, a full bottle of sprite, a bunch of receipts for various places, mainly starbucks, all saints, wholefoods and cvs. Car keys which were tangled in with a bunch of jewellery, a compact mirror, a hair brush, some makeup, there was a lot more junk but finally i found her charger!
After plugging her phone in, I lifted myself off the edge of the bed and started for the door. Demi stirred, rolling herself towards the very edge, I gently nudged her towards the middle, tucking her under the covers. She was still fully clothed, complete with her black buckled ankle boots.
She stretched her arms and legs as far as she could reach before quickly curling herself up into a tight ball.
My little girl, she wasn't so little anymore, she was 18 now, almost a grown up. But she was still my little girl. God she looked adorable when she slept.
I regained my concentration and headed for the door, turning the lights out as I went. Making my way across the corridor, to the room Dianna and I were staying in.
Demi's P.O.V
"Demi. Demi wake up!" Ouch my head hurts. I let out a low toned grumble before turning my head in the opposite direction. I felt my sunglasses slide off of my face and heard them clatter against the floor of the mercedes. Suddenly the surface beneath me lowered as I felt myself being lifted out of the car. I struggled to open my eyes but i gathered it was Eddie. I pulled myself closer to his warm chest as he carried me out of the car.
Slipping in and out of conciousness, although I was aware of what was going on, I was very much asleep.
I could hear heavy footsteps at the foot of my bed. Turning myself over towards the edge, almost falling to the floor as I felt myself being nudged towards the middle. The covers slowly reaching my chin. Stretching and then curling myself into a ball, taking the covers with me, I finally fell into a deep sleep.
•
Tossing and turning, I started to awaken, throwing the covers all around the extrememly comfortable king sized bed. I gave my eyes time to adjust to the bright light creeping through the crack in the curtain. I was alone in an unfamiliar place. Of course this was normal for a travelling recording artist on tour..different day, different city, but something didn't feel quite right. I was sure i was in a hotel room right now and not my bedroom, but I thought I was going back to LA? My head is spinning. I don't remember a thing and I can't even think straight.
