I Need A Ride

Lance's Point Of View:

I watch as Keith plays with his hair, softly wrapping it around his finger as he listens to the teacher explain the lesson. He smiles as he looks over at me giving me small cute smile. He speaks softly "Hey~". I stair deep into Keith's eyes.

I hear a car honk his horn, I snap out of my daydream. I shake my head and look around. I realise where I am. Waiting for the bus. I sigh. I CAN'T get him out of my head. Stupid mullet, why did I have to fall for him? Out of all people, it had to be Keith... It's not like I can get any girls anyway. I stand at the bus stop, staring down at the ground. I feel so lost. What am I meant to feel? I watch a drip of rain fall onto the ground. I look up to find rain clouds come over in a hurry. Oh no... It begins raining. There is no shelter to get under. It begins raining down hard. I jump and pull my bag up. I watch the rain hit the road hard. Water goes down my shirt. I shiver at the feel of the cold rain hitting my skin. Cars drive past, splashing water onto me. How long does it take for the stupid bus to come?! I stand up straight and begin walking. I might as well walk home. It began getting dark. I pout as i step in puddles.

I look over to the road to find a car drive past and stop in front of me. I tilt my head to the side in confusion. Who could that be? The car goes in reverse, the window slowly goes down. It was... KEITH! I run to the car. I peak into the window of the car. Keith looks confused. "Lance is that you?" He said looking out the window shocked that it was actually me. Rain hits the car hard. "Yea it's me" I sigh. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE RAIN?! YOU DO KNOW ITS RAINING CATS AND DOGS?!" he growled at me. I pouted. "Well no shit! I'm waiting for the bus!" I snapped back. Keith sighed "Lance sweetheart, you do know it is 4:30 pm and school finished at 3:20 pm". Wait what? I missed the bus just because I was thinking of... KEITH?! I gasp and then sigh staring at the ground. I'm not having a good day, first the rain now this! I shiver as i hold my arms. Keith looked over at me and sighed. "Get in" He said softly leaning over to open the car door. I smile, taking off my bag and getting in the car. I shake my head getting rid of the rain drops. Keith was no impressed. I smirk. Keith gives a small smile. I put my seat belt on. He does a U-turn and drives. "Where are you going? Home?" Keith said looking at me then the road. I look down at my lap. I play with my fingers. I can't go home after this morning... I'm scared. I'll make up a lie." Ah... Nobody will be home..." I say softly pouting. Keith looks over at me in confusion. "Why is that?" He asked looking back at the road. I turn my head away. He sighed and smiled over at me. "Fine... You can stay with me. Just for tonight. No funny stuff got it?" He said turning onto a road. "Kay!" I smile, hiding my little smirk. He has no idea what's coming.
