I admire those people who have never spoke to me,
They don't understand how rude I can be,
They also don't know how much fun I am not,
But ehh, that's their loss and I like them no matter what.
I admire that guy I've had a crush on for years,
But never knew me and left me in tears,
He'll never know that he hurt some girl at school,
I guess that's the beauty of not being "cool".
I admire those people who go to extremes,
They care with a love much more than it seems,
It fills me with joy to know that they're there,
But gives me great heartache when they no longer care.
I admire those people who truly know,
How to constantly love themselves as they grow,
Through life's obstacles and difficult phases,
They never lose hope when doubtfulness chases.
I admire my friends and family and peers,
For seeing who I am, for being so near,
For lighting a tunnel as clear as day,
For melting my troubles and fears away.
[I hope you guys like it!]

PoetryThis is a poem I wrote early in the morning haha. I seem to write and think better at night (sometimes). I just didn't want to waste this (though it'll hardly be read). It's just little things in people that I enjoy.
