I woke up to the bumpy ness of a gravel/dirt/mud/rock road that had no snow on it because it was in a tunnel I ask if we are almost there yet and they said about 23min to be exact because they had measured the average time for any of the military vehicles of the WMCA. And put a sign that said average time 23 time to get there from the tunnel finally after going through some thick pine forest barren of wildlife and then we entered another tunnel except it went in to the side of a steep rock face and then we only had our head lights and it was like that for about two minutes and finally I saw light at the end of the tunnel but it was small that's when I realized it's not a exit but a little checkpoint with a dna scanner it scanned the Finnish then the Soviet soldier and then I saw them type in a code which cause a arm to come out with a small needle and also a drop of water was place on your fingernails  and finally a screen with some sort of heat and film on the front of it came out and the screen said to place the wet finger that had a little blood and some water mixed in on the screen with the film on it and I saw my blood and the drop of water mixed and made a finger print then it died one last thing they dropped some sort of liquid on the print that changed it to where it turned and twisted on it's own then the main screen said processing and then the film on the screen with my blood on it opened up and sucked the film in then after about five minutes it pulled all the other attachments in and then a single one popped out which looked like a printer but instead of hearing mechanical sounds it sounded like some sort of drill or something and a red light was emitting out of the machine then a little flap opened up that was just slightly larger than today's credit cards and out came out a laser engraved card that folded up into a single dog tag with All the Identification I needed with some more odd things like all the places I've lived the planet I'm from which was obviously earth and on the outside when folded into a single dog tag read the bolder letters of W.M.C.A and And my name and a serial number In multiple languages which was so I could be identified me at all WMCA bases included all of the languages of the WMCA and finally it had one little symbol to identify my clearance which was minor-0 which means from what I understood when the Finnish soldier told me that means I'm allowed anywhere as long as I have an officer that has higher clearance than me but is lower or higher rank but only problem with that is I can't order a higher ranked person to accompany me the only place that's off limits for me they told me is the officers bar and night club because I'm a minor. After being briefed on all the rules by the machine we got back in the UAZ Russian military Jeep the soldiers switched on the radio and said in Russian this is Delta Wiskey Charlie 0784 assigned to patrol of Moscow Oblast Area we have subject American Ruski Name initials Mike Juliett Sierra permission to enter base for operation BCMUTOH then there as after a few seconds a response said Good evening Delta Wiskey Charlie 0784 proceed down tunnel alpha 3 and head to main light patrol vehicle hanger bravo 01 and head to row 05 parking space Victor 23 and then disembark and take elevator 03-5B and head to MAIN COMMANDERS OFFICE AT TOP LEVEL JUST UNDER THE VISUAL RECON TOWER AT LEVEL 0144 Opening gate 04 that's when two huge doors opened up and there was a long hallway well tunnel of concrete and bright lights and we drove through the doors and the huge doors closed behind us. Then we drove for about three minutes Then entered the main vehicle bay then we drove to the hanger for light patrol vehicles Bravo 01 and then went to down to row 05 and then found parking space victor 23 and and got out I was nervous because I had no idea if anything these soldiers said was true. When we got in the elevator 03-5B we pressed the second to top floor and the elevator had bulletproof glass doors and walls then as we went up we went through the Aircraft hanger which had huge doors that were built into the side of the mountain and then we got past that level and saw the huge hanger that was not for any vehicle or aircraft but for  a living quarters with lots of grass and a park with a flag of the WMCA and with all the countries flags surrounding the flag with those flags pointing inward. And last that were apartment building in this hanger it has artificial weather with real water and a small ponds and artificial wind and real plants and a large area of agricultural to keep the base supplied with food for years. Then we made it finally to the top after seeing two more floors and we were on the second to top floor which both of those were our side the top of the mountain and finally the doors opened and there was windows facing in all directions except for behind the elevator and we saw a large cherrywood desk with famous quotes from history the main ones I knew were ones from Winston Churchill and Franklin Delano Roosevelt and the Book called The Art of War. Including in smaller font which says the speech from Winston Churchill which is the following
