"Hey y'all, sorry I'm late," I say as I approach them, "let's do this."

"Alright wait, I'm almost done," Terrell says as he finishes up a blunt.

"Nigga we don't have time for this," I took the blunt and threw it on the ground. "Did Ink call yet? The fuck is he?"

Ink is the customer we are meeting up with tonight, he's a regular and he's quite the big-shot. He a rich nigga.

"There he is right now." Quincy pointed out at a car that just stopped beside us.

We closed up the deal. It was pretty good as Ink gave us $15000 for the stash we had.

We all drove our seperate ways and I just went to a park to unwind. Just decided to sit on a swing and listen to some music.

"Hey!"

I looked up to see this girl wearing a hoodie so I couldn't really see her face. "Hey", I said back just to be nice.

"What are you doing here so late?"

"Asked the one who's also here this late." I say.

"Well, I'm Sapphire, you?"

~Sappire pov~

Well, I was just walking, minding my own business and I saw this tall figure going and sitting on swing. MY swing. Well not really, it was just my favorite swing. So I just decided to go and sit on the other swing next to it.

Well, its a guy and a good looking one at that ^.^

"I'm Bandz" he said. What kind of name is that!?

"Is it like your birth-name?" I asked. Sorry for being nosy but damn.

"Why does that matter? I said the name's bandz ok? B-a-n-d-z."

Well nigga damn! "Sorry. " I looked down.

~Bandz pov~

I think I was being a bit harsh but whatever, she doesn't shut up.

"Listen," I say, "I'm just trying to clear my mind off something, do you mind?"

She looks at me. This is the first time I'm seeing her face and lawd! She is damn fine!

"Ok sorry. " She looks down and starts humming to herself.

"Why is a girl out this late? Don't you know what could happen to you? This is NOLA not a gated community."

She looks at me again. Just this time, I could see fear in her eyes.

"I'd rather face the streets than home honestly. I also wanna clear my mind off things. Sorry for disturbing"

I could tell she wanted to change the topic.

"Oh, okay then."

This girl really is beautiful. I can't really describe all her features but I can tell.
