'Since my birth, I've never come to comprehend my family, let alone my soul purpose in this crazy life..'

This story begins in Autumn, early November that is. A young pregnant teenager named Annabelle Marie Hurwitz is due to give birth anyday now. She is out of breath walking into a cafe and diner that is owned by her parents. She attempts to make it through the front doorway with her large abdomen that she slides through it. The bell chimes from the top of the door, the customers greet her as she just makes it in! "Mornin', Anna!", her mother Maye Claire greets her as she runs toward her daughter's huge abdomen and gives it a tight hug. Her height was 5", despite her short stature, she gave the best Mama Hugs in the family! Her daughter as wide as she was returned a hug. Annabelle held a part time job at the diner to help cover baby expenses as needed for diapers, clothing, furniture. "Are you sure you should be working in your condition, Anna?", her mother asked, I'm sure you need to rest before the baby arrives.." Anna sighed, "Mother, I'm fine! I'll let you know when I need a ride to the town hospital, okay?"
Her mother couldn't argue with her daughter, as she was 19 after all.
Maye couldn't help but smile through showing concern for her pregnant daughter, "Well, then! I could use your assistance with serving coffee! Grab an apron and let's get at it!" By the time it was evening, the customers had come and gone. The diner was half empty, as quiet as an evening could get in a small town diner. "Phew!", panted Anna, "I'm pooped! I need a break!" Her twin sister, Rebekah grew concerned, "I should take you home Anna. It's been too rough a day for you to be working like this!" Just then, their father walked in from the back of the kitchen, Edward Elbert Hurwitz, he was quite tall for his age at 6'3". He wasn't too proud at his age to soon become a grandparent.
"...She's right, Annabelle! It's too damn late at night to be working in your condition as demanding as this job is!" Edward replied in a stern and harsh tone.
She rolled her eyes at him knowing it would cause a reaction. "Don't you DARE roll your eyes at me, young lady!! You got yourself into this mess and soon you'll be paying the price for it, both you and that baby you're carrying! I just pray to God it doesn't have your lack of brains!!!"
As evening drew to an end, the night drew closer as it grew dark, dark like midnight shadows lurking among the beams of moonlight. Something was drawing closer within the night...
Annabelle and her father were both in the back of the kitchen. Ed was making his batch of his "Special Roast" for his usual customers the following morning. For some reason, Anna couldn't handle the smell which had a pretty strong aroma to it. It was giving her headaches. She pleaded with her father to take a break from his coffee grinding. "Daddy, please? Couldn't you take a break from your coffee just for a little while? It's making me sick.." "If you need air then you can go sweep the dining hall!", he barked, "I'm not going to stop what I'm doing just because you're feeling 'a little sick'! There's all kinds of work that could be done around here!" Suddenly, Anna held tight to her abdomen and crawled nearly on all fours towards the ground. She moaned loudly as if she was in pain. Her mother her heard and came into the back kitchen, "Annabelle!?! What's wrong?! Is it time?"
She could only let out groaning words, "M-Mama! I think I may be in labor!"
"Mercy Me!! Not now? Well, there's no time to make a trip to the hospital! I'll just have to deliver the baby MYSELF!!"
With that declaration from Maye Claire, Edward knew this was his chance to head out for some drinks. Maye stopped him, "Oh no, you don't!! This is a special time in our lives and I don't want you to miss it!!"
He grumbled to himself, "To hell with this crap!", and left. "Well, I guess it's just me and you and Bekah," Maye sighed to herself. "Don't you worry! Granny Maye will take care of you!", she said as she was preparing the rest of Anna to give birth.
"BEKAH ELIZABETH!!, Maye gave a huge holler. Her twin daughter came to the room. "Quickly! Go fetch some towels and boil some hot water and grab a pair of scissors from my bedroom, and hurry!!"
Maye's adrenaline was pumping with excitement as she was going to deliver her first grandchild by herself!  Not a moment too soon did the baby finally arrive on November 4th at 12:15am. Maye Claire cradled her newborn grandson in her arms as Annabelle was too tired to hold him herself. "Congratulations, Anna!! You're the proud Mama of a baby boy!!", she beamed. Anna was shocked with dismay, "A BOY!?! HOW DO I RAISE A BOY!?!"
Her mother tried to reassure her that as a family they'd work through this. "I'll name him 'Matthew' known as a gift from God and 'Frederick after my late Grandfather Frederick." As the baby continued wailing, something was coming out of his back. It seemed as though he was crying a painful cry. A sword came out of his back! "What in the world?!?", the girls exclaimed as shock was on their faces. Maye decided to make a family oath to never speak of the birth of the sword around the newborn and to hide it in a secret place away from his innocent eyes.
