Beyoncé throws the remote at the tv shattering the screen, then she limped to her medicine cabinet and grabbed the painkillers bottle and took two pills and swallowed the last of the whiskey she had she limped out of her bathroom with her head held high she threw on a windbreaker and walked to the balcony and sat on the edge she watch all the people move and scatter around like they had important places to be she groaned and let go of the balcony she felt herself stop falling and she was pulled back over the railing
"Are you crazy why would you do that"
"I don't have a reason to be here so why bother" Beyoncé looked at the woman
"I was a good thing that I got here on time, hi I'm Onika or Nicki and I'm your new personal trainer I'm here to help you get back to your self so you can play the game you love, and I'm not going to let you feel sorry for yourself" Nicki helped Beyoncé up and they walked through the open glass sliding door Nicki sat Beyoncé on the couch
"So where do we start" Beyoncé said reluctantly
"Throw all of these pills away" Nicki reached out for the pill bottles and Beyoncé slapped her hand away
"I can't do that"
"You can and you will" Nicki lifted up the trash car and Beyoncé threw the pills in Nicki walked to the kitchen with the trash can with Beyoncé hot on her tail, Nicki turned on the garage disposal and dumped every pill in the sink
"And clean up your apartment, it smells like feet in here" Nicki passed Beyoncé the broom and bey got to work
"I'll be back tomorrow morning and I want you up and ready" Nicki left beys house
The Next Day
7:00am
Bey woke up brushed her teeth and got dressed on cue Nicki walked into her room
"Oh it's very clean in here, and it smells nice to"
"Whatever" Bey chuckled
"Let's go we have to be in the gym on the court running drills" Nicki passed bey the basketball they started their walk to the gym
4 Hours Later
Nicki pushed Beyoncé hard on the court Beyoncé sat down on the bleachers tired and winded Nicki sat down beside her
"Oh man I haven't worked out like this since I got suspended"
"What made you use if you don't mind me asking" bey looked at Nicki's sweaty body and liked her lips and shook her nasty thoughts out of her head
"Well I broke my ankle and social media was impacting my judgement a lot, people were saying that I wasn't going to be able to bounce back and I just started to abuse the painkillers"
"That's tough but I'll get you back on the court in no time" Bey smiled and reached for the back of her neck
"Umm do you wanna go get some smoothies" Nicki smiled
"Sure" they got off of the bleachers and left the gym to go to Smoothie King
