Chapter 1

I lay trembling underneath the giant wolf a tear rolls down my face. The wolf growls at me causing me to whimper. I gasp out in pain as it's claws sink into my bare back. More wolves show up with a man and the current group growls at them. "Shift!" The man demands and I scream in horror as the wolves morph into men. Scrambling away I pull my sweatshirt down to cover my bleeding back from the wind. "Shit" the guy mumbles and sends a wolf towards me. It shifts into a woman "St-st-stay away from me " I say backing away. I cry out in pain as my back hits a tree. I start panicking my breathing quickens and my vision blurs. "Sweetheart you need to breath." A female voice says "In 1 2 out 1 2." I try to follow her instructions but it's to late and I pass out.
I wake up in a plain room except for the steel door. I don't know how long I've been out oh no my parents where coming down Tuesday and it was Sunday when it all happened. I just was following a stray cat who had something caught on it. I don't even have pants on just a oversized ratty sweatshirt and boxers I just wanna go home. I bang on the door "Anyone out there!?!" I yell out. The door clicks and I jump back just as it swings open. "What the hell do you want can't you just be quiet." The voice groans.
"What day is it? Why am I here? Where am I? I need to leave!" I fire off questions yelling at this man. "Monday and you're at our house because you saw to much." He says and I let out a sigh of relief. "Oh thank god it's only been a day my parents are visiting tomorrow and I can't be missing so I need to leave," I say trying to walk past and he gives me a look of horror.
"Boy it's been over a week god damnit we didn't think about family." He says panicked and I choke on my spit. " Oh no." I start to panic also, "We're all gonna die I'm so sorry."
"What the fuck do you mean!" He yells shaking me eyes wild.
"I ran away once and they said if I ever did it again they would kill me and the people who where housing me," I rush out.
"Alpha is gonna kill me if your folks don't first." He cries and I awkwardly pat his back. All the sudden I ripped off him by an angry female. My head slams into the bed frame and I groan out in pain as black starts to enter my vision. "Are you cheating with some human boy again you even brought him here you bastard!" I hear her scream before I lose conciseness.
Alex POV
My mate screams at me and I just stare at her in horror. "That never happened the boy was drunk and almost walked into the road so I walked him home!" I yell for the millionth time since it happened, " And that boy was the human who was attacked by rouges and he just woke up and you probably gave him brain damage!"
"You're a liar!!" She screams storming off. "But at least I'm not really a cheater." I whimper before grabbing him and taking him to doc.
