the familiar annoying buzz of an alarm clock was what woke erin that morning.
"shut up." she mumbled, although it was barely over a whisper.reluctantly, she popped her hand out of the warmth of her white comforter in hopes to snooze her alarm sounded from her phone. however, instead of her hand meeting the rectangular shape of her iPhone, her hand touched the cold glass of her bedside table.
where was the damn thing?
giving up on the circling of her hand in hopes to find her phone, she fully left the warm cave her blanket gave and gave into the brisk air of her exposed room.
only, her eyes met the eyes of someone familiar.
"jaewon?" erin sat, half awake, debating on wether she was seeing things or her best friend really was sat crossed legged on her chair, holding the culprit of her annoying alarm clock,
"good morning." he smiled, shutting of his phone. it was that smile though. that sinister, evil looking smile that was radiating off of his handsome face.
"what the hell are you doing here?" she yawned, laying back down to stretch, a small groan leaving her lips as she felt a few cracks leave her body.
erin knew that he had a spare key to her apartment, but he never came here without telling her or to simply just wake the girl up. that was unless erin herself asked him to. she knew she was a deep sleeper, which is why she calls him she needed.
but she didn't call him nor needed him.
however, here he was.
she watched as he rose from the chair and towards her bed, quickly body slamming into the thick blanket.
"if i were you, i'd be explaining why you're here. do i have to remind you i carry a pocket knife everywhere i go?"
a laugh escaped the boys mouth before he propped his chin on his hand, "oh innocent little girl. if you kill me how will you pay for this house? how will you find that rich sugar daddy you've always been dreaming about?"
quickly, she threw a punch onto his arm, shutting him up before he exposed her more. erin was clearly done with whatever game her was playing. "jaewon, you don't even pay for your own apartment, you always depend on Hanbin-Oppa to pay."
she watched as his face dropped, before continuing, "so how can you pay mine." she scoffed, burying herself once more in her blankets.
"i don't know. i guess it's that fact that your best friend happened to hook you up with some high end company that needs a photographer."
she shit her pants.
//
"i can't believe you actually got me a job." she mumbled, fidgeting nervously in the passenger seat of jaewon's car.
erin was clad, this time, in a black shirt and pink button up, silver pumps completing her look.
"oh shush, fix your face. you might as well considered yourself fired if you show up looking like that, just saying." a scoff left erin's lips at his sassy comment.
finally, after multiple insults and wrong turns by jaewon himself, they arrived in front of the building. jaewon informed her they were to meet in a business building that wasn't the actual company building, for some apparent matters.
sighing she turned to jaewon, "do i look okay?"
"no, but i guess that'll do."
him and his witty comments, she learned from the best. she was just silently waiting for him to drop a diss track. she feels it coming.
