Can You See Me Now?

Biddy! ~Chapter two~

                                                 ~Chapter 2 'Have You Seen The New Kids?'~

                As the bus comes to a stop we wait for most the kids to get off before we try. This time Kross is in fornt of me while Larkin is behind, Kross stomping harder then needed while Larkin has her hand lightly on my shoulder. I could go without the touching but it makes them feel better so i don't say anything. Stepping off the bus we stand a moment letting me take in everything,I can hear the jocks wrestleing under the tree, while their grilfreinds giggle. The clicking of laptops while the so called nerds type away at the picnic table. Each clique had it's own sound, ones that i had learned to watch out for, I'm not very liked. Yes, school just started but around here, everyone knows everyone.

         I start walking, smiling to myself as i hear Kross and Larkin falter to start with me, we get to the doors without any mishaps but just as Larkin starts to open it i pull her out of the way, not a second after one of the schools jocks ,Bryan, comes threw them not even casting a second glance in our direction. Larkin sneers at him and before i can get my hand over her mouth calls out, "Watch where you're going,jerk!", he stops, oh Larkin what have you done?

"Did you just call me a jerk?", He frowns and begins to walk towards us, i can feel the anger in each step.Everyones whisper allow me anough vibrations to 'see' where he's coming from, I step in front of her, looking up as he comes just a foot away, to close for my liking.

"Yeah,she did,what about it?",I raise an eyebrow, my 5 foot 5 almost 6 frame making me shorter then him by...well i couldn't really tell you, but what ive heard he's about 6 foot, so probably 4 inches.  I can feel the stares, no one has challenged Bryan before, he gets right in my face.

"Wach your back girl......", I raise a hand cutting him off and say softly, but with a firm voice.

"My names Faith.",I smirk and wait but a retort never comes,he just frowns and walks away, each step heavy. I let out a long breath, hearing Larkin and Kross do the same, I open the door and motion for them to go in, as if nothing happened. I wait until they get in a couple feet before starting to step in myself, only to be knocked to the side by someone else i hit the wall with a good amount of force, the person growls, and i do mean growls at me, before stepping in.Someone else steps up and puts a hand on my shoulder, i can feel their frown as they ask.

"Are you alright?",I look up hearing more footsteps come, and nod, then i hear Kross and Larkin come by my side. I jerk my arm out of the persons hand and step farther in the door, only to hear them and a few others, by the sound of it 2 others come in too.

"Yeah, I'm don't know what his problem was.", I can already tell these guys aren't from around here but Larkin jumps in before i get to ask where they are from.

"You're new around here right?",I can feel the air shift as he shakes his head, he smiles and extends an hand to shake, Larkin just looks at it, and Kross stands behind us but i can feel the tension in him. I reach my hand out, and shake his, turning it so by the end my hand is on top.I win.He smirk, i can feel a little chuckle in him as he responds.

"I'm Eddy, behind me are Drew and Danny, twins if you couldn't tell.", He laughs and motions toward them, i smirk, i really couldn't tell,ones foot falls are heavier then the other, and with what i can tell their hair styles are different. I motion to my friends as i say their names.

"Larkin, and Kross.", then i motion to myself "Faith", I smile and he shakes his head, which I've noticed he does a lot. I feel the vibrations over someone coming and jump out of the way of being hit by the door just as it swings open.

"Are you guys coming or what?", He's voice is low and trying to be threatening i guess, but i can hear something else under it, something i can't place. Eddy raises his hand and motions for him to go on, I can tell by the way the air swishes. The boy lets out a frustrated sigh and goes back in, I raise an eyebrow and turn to Eddy, Drew and Danny.

"And mister pmsing is?....",I hear Danny and Drew chuckle as Eddy sighs.

"That's James, my brother, he's not to happy about the move.", Larkin steps forward and puts her hands on her hips.

"There's no way you guys are brothers, i mean you're so sweet and he's just,not.", oh Larkin as blunt as always.I hear Eddy let out an actual laugh while Danny and Drew are almost falling over laughing.

"Yeah,I've been told.", He smiles and open the door with a sweeping hand motion. "Ladies first.", Me and Larkin look at each other and chuckle while stepping in, Kross close behind. He hugs us and starts off to his locker which if half way around the school for some reason. We stop at the office so Eddy,Drew, and Danny can get their papers and locker number. Me and Larkin walk off to our lockers and then to first period,sitting in our usual sits until i hear footseps coming my way. I turn to face them before whoever it is can start to talk, i grin.

"Hey Eddy,Drew,Danny." i give a little wave with each name then to the last one i add almost like an after though. "hey James.", He just frowns and sits down, the rest of us talk, around the end me and Larkin are laughing at the way Drew and Danny finish each others sentences.

"It's not..", Drew begins.

"That funny.", Finishes Danny, while me and Larkin and almost crying we are laughing so hard. Class is almost over , and the teacher hasn't shown up yet.

"Does this usually happen?", I chuckle and nod. The teacher usually isn't here first period. As the bell rings we all go to our sepreate classes, it ends up i have the boys in most my morning classes and James in all of them. Joy. Finally though, it's lunch, the best part of the day, I think at least. Me, Larkin and Kross grab our food and sit at our regular seat, with all moving around i can 'see' most of whats going on. I can 'see' a jock and his girlfriend making out at the jock table, which just made me want to gag. I can also 'see' Eddy,Drew,Danny and James come out of line. I take my tray up and hear them start to follow me, that is until they're stopped, by the schools hoe,Ann.

"Hey cutie.",I can feel the air shift as she grabs on to James. I can feel the tension rise,I step forward and smile.

"Hey guys, there's room at our table.",I smile and can feel Anns glare on me, she lets go of James and steps closer, I hear James sigh when her hands move away.

"What is your problem, freak?!", Oh so dramatic. I smirk and cock my head to the side, shrugging my shoulders.

"I don't know what you mean hoe, I mean Ann.", She gasps and gets in my face, I frown, her stupid perfume feeling my nose.She puts a finger agaisnt my chest and hisses loudly.

"You better watch your mouth you stupid Biddy!", I laugh and put a hand on her shoulder pushing her back.I step forward towering over her, and lean down in her face this time.

"Let's get something straight. I am not a Biddy, I am The Biddy and to you I am Ms.Biddy. Remeber that.", With that I walk away hearing the boys follow behind, they hadn't got any food so when i reach my table i just motion for Larkin and Kross to follow. Larkin stands knowing what im gonna say but Kross doesn't he has Basketball after school. We get to the hallway, Drew and Danny start again.

"So what are...", That's Danny.

"We going to do?",finishes Drew. I chuckle and walk towards the back entrance, hitting a locker every now and then. I hear them follow and when we get outside I hook my arm through Larkins. Exclaiming.

"TO THE PARK!", we all laugh well expect James that is, I'm pretty sure he's just here because he doesn't want to be around Ann.

This'll be fun.
