Salazar's POV
We just destroyed another pirate ship when the clouds started to turn dark. "We've got a storm ahead! Man the sails, tighten the ropes, batten down the hatches! Vàmonos, vàmonos!" I ordered. I've been killing pirates for years and I'm not about to be taken down by some storm. As if on cue, my most trustworthy lieutenant and friend, Lesaro, came up the stairs and stood by my side. "I can always count on you, hombre" I chuckled happily. With him by my side, we'll beat this retched storm. But the winds grew stronger and the waves got wilder, and I was pushing the wheel so tightly Lesaro had to stop me before I broke it and we became helpless. More and more of my crew started to lose hope as the storm became tougher. "Hold on, boys!" I shouted, trying to restore their confidence. But as I said that, the heavy wind and waves caused a big whirlpool in the sea. "Capitàn, what now?" asked Lesaro in a panic. "We ride it out!" I yelled since he couldn't hear me over the noise. Though we fought long and hard, the winds eventually got the best of us and the Silent Mary was sucked under. Accepting our fate, me and the crew held hands as we prepared to die. But after a while, I opened my eyes. We were floating back up to the surface. We gasped for fresh air as we looked around. It kind of looks like home, but I can see some differences. "Capitán, are we dead?" asked Santos, one of my crew members. "I don't think so" I answered. I then saw that Lesaro was looking behind us and his eyes were widened. "Capitàn, look!" The Silent Mary!" he said shaking my shoulder. I looked where he was looking and I had the same reaction. I smiled with joy. "The Silent Mary rides again!" shouted Moss, another one of my crew mates. We all cheered and climbed back up. Once everyone was back in the ship, I realized another problem. Where are we? All I can see is water for miles. "I say we go North" suggested Lesaro, as if he read my mind. "What would I do without you, mate?" I asked. "Well....." he said thinking. "Don't answer that" I said. We went with his idea and sailed North. Soon enough, we saw an island. "Land ho!" shouted Moss.
