Your Warmth

With your soft hands,

You pull me closer

Holding my body against

Your chest.

Your heart beating,

Fast and rhythmically

Beating my name.

Not wanting to let go,

You bring me in closer,

Holding me tighter.

A strange fear in your eyes.

Unknown.

Placing my hands over your

Caress skin,

I feel warmth.

Your warmth.

Lying there,

Curled up against your body,

I notice that fear.

It's disappeared.

Where there is,

Your warmth and I,

There is nothing to fear,

But fear itself.
