Too Soon??

Chapter 1

Hey guys it's Banzai here!! I'm so excited to be back on Wattpad! It's been so long!! I've decided to kick off the summer with a new romance novel I've been working on!! I hope you enjoy!!

Capri's POV 

"Pleeeeeeeese!!!! It will only be one night!! Tomorrow's your 17th birthday!! It will be so much fun!!" I rolled my eyes and shook my head. 

"No, Faye. One, I have next weeks homework to catch up on. Two, you do too. Why do you think we got into college early?? And third, I'm not going to a party with a bunch of drunk college students that are WAY older than us. So, all in all, I'm not going. Story's concluded, the end." It was Faye's turn to shake her head. 

"It would be a great way for you to meet guys your age....!! Plus, I'm pretty sure I heard that Tinley was going. How great would it be if we saw Tinley drunk?!" I laughed at Faye's love for parties, and the thought of Tinley being drunk. Tinley was 19, and a complete brat. Your typical "mean girl." 

Faye was right with one of those things; tomorrow was my 17th birthday. I wasn't planning on doing anything big except for ordering a pizza and watching a movie with Faye, who was my roommate. That's really all I wanted to do. Faye's plan was a lot bigger than what I wanted.

"Pleeeeeeeeese, Capri?! Come on! I bet Jett will be there..." I rolled my eyes again. 

"I liked Jett in the third grade." Faye narrowed her eyes at me. "Fine. The third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh. I bet he only got into this college because his parents bought his way in. I don't like him anymore." I could tell Faye didn't believe me, but she didn't pressure on. 

"ANYway," Faye continued. "Just let me take you to this one party. Just this one, and I won't ask you to ever go again. That is unless you like it...but still. And if you really are having the worst night of your life, which I doubt, then we can come back to the dorm and watch any movie you want. Then, we will finish all of our homework, and then go get ice cream. Deal?" Honestly, that was a pretty good deal that I could live with. 

"Fine. But you better stick to your deal, or else." I tried to keep a stern face, but we both burst into uncontrollable giggles. 

As Faye and I got ready for bed, I thought all about what tomorrow night was going to be like. I was nervous, regretful, and kind of excited. 

As I slid into my bed, I had no idea what was in store for me on my 17th birthday. Was it all too soon?

I hope y'all enjoyed the first chapter!! I know it's short, but i'm really tired and want some sleep. Since it's summer, I'll try to post a chapter a day, but I can't make any promises.
