Her username represented a girl. She would get friend requests all the time asking, "are you girl?" This would only make her nervous, but she began to reply. She would hardly even say yes. That is, until she met a 19 year old boy. In this gaming world, her name was Chloe Ash, she was 21 and from San Diego, California. None of those things were true.
I would sit watching her for a few minutes at night. She even began playing so much, that my brother was becoming angry that he never got the TV. I didn't mind. I liked watching.
Days passed, she would cling to the game. This was when she still made dinner, and took care of us. My dad began seeing her mood change. 45 years old, depressed, diagnosed with major OCD. She found a tunnel, and she crawled through it. But only she saw the light at the end of it.

It was early October when she had met him. She was so content with meeting him. The first person she ever added to her friends list besides my brother. His name was, Francisco Perrez. He was 19, from Spain, and was a predator to my family. All of us, except my mom didn't like him.
"Aw, what a sweetheart." The precious boy to my mom had stopped the car and waited for her. She would drop comments along the lines of, "He's so cute." and then begin giggling, or "I love him." And then just smile at the screen.
Not knowing what he was supporting, my dad got my mom a new TV of her own and her own PS3. She played countless nights.
Then, the night she had gone shopping with my dad at Walmart, she got her first drink in 18 years. The six pack got her to a stage I had never seen her in. Alcohol is a substance that won't just poison your body. It targets your family too.
