Lily, Cassie, Will and Ryan have been best friends since first grade, when they had all been in the same class and had sat at the same table. Although, this had been short lived since the teacher quickly found that these kids would not keep their mouths shut. The four of them have lived on the same street since Ryan moved in when they were 5 years old. The other three have lived in the small town for their whole lives. Growing up in a small town meant that there were only a few options as to how a friendship could go: you stay friends and live happily ever after (at least through high school), you start out as friends and something happens to make you enemies (usually during the middle school years) or you are just casual acquaintances with your classmates who are the same classmates from kindergarten all the way through 12th grade.

These four friends had just been lucky enough to have one of those happy friendships.  It is the last summer before they all go off to college and Lily wants this to be the best summer ever. To start off the summer, the group of friends makes their annual summer bucket list, where they each contribute things that the others must help them complete. By the end of the summer each thing on the list should be checked off, but will completing all of these things make this the best summer? Will this last summer make their friendship stronger before they all head in different directions?

Lily (brown curly long hair, green eyes, 5’6”) was the mother figure of the group. She held everything together through every obstacle thrown their way. By high school, she knew everyone so well, she was able to tell what each of her best friends were thinking most of the time. She would know exactly what they needed at any given moment. She had one younger sister.

Cassie( 5’2”, blonde, brown eyes) was the baby of the group. She was also the youngest in her family. She had 1 older sister and 2 older brothers. She relied heavily on her friends for support because she never had to be alone.

Will. (6’, shortish black curly hair, blue eyes) He was the most relaxed person you would ever meet. When Lily started freaking out about what was going on, he was the one who knew how to calm her down. He had an older sister who was 2 years older and was very high maintenance. Even as a child, he was one of those kids who did whatever people wanted. He didn't get upset at the small things.

Ryan (6’2”, brown hair, brown eyes) was always looking for adventure. He had suggested many of the things that the group of friends had done as they were growing up. His parents were big into travelling and were always going to cool places to hike and camp. Being the only child, Ryan really loved doing this and had brought a lot of this fun nature into the group.
