One minute you're on top of the world. The next- you're crashing down and you don't know why. You were doing just fine 5 minutes ago. "What's wrong with you?", they ask. Depression comes and goes. It's like someone knocking on your door- but it's the last person you want to see. You see~ depression isn't "just this" neither is it "just that". It's all of the above: mood swings, not enjoying the things you once enjoyed, having this constant sad feeling, and you try to cover it with an umbrella over your head and say these bland, short answers so no one will talk to you. As if everything is ok. That everything is alright. But it isn't "alright" it isn't "ok" at all... I hope you understand.
Sincerely,
A girl who is struggling
