Jonah woke up, ready for the first day of middle school. He wasn't sure if he was ready. He didn't know if he wanted his mom to know his secret yet. Anyways, he had to go to school.

Jonah's P.O.V.

I walked out of my room, and snuck past my sleeping dog, Ozzie so he wouldn't bark. I ran out the door as fast as I can, because I can't stand the feeling I get when I am not around my friend, Jason. He is my best friend, and I tell him everything. Except for one thing. I don't think I can tell him. Not yet. I get onto the bus, and see Jason. I sit next to him and smile. "Hey, Jason!" I say. "Sup. Ready for middle school?" He replies with a warm smile. I just smile and look away.

Jason's P.O.V.

I have a weird feeling about Jonah. He doesn't seem himself. He seems happier than normal. Maybe that's a good thing? I wonder what classes we will have together. I guess we will see. I am worried about Jonah though. He seems a bit... Too happy. When I said hi to him, he sort of blushed. What is going on? Does he- Never mind. We got to school, and we walked off the bus together. I went to my locker, and left him to go to his. We were in the same homeroom, but I don't know about the classes. What classes will we have together?

Jonah P.O.V.

I walk to my locker with a deep thought in my mind. I don't even realize I am not paying attention where I am going, and walk right into someone. I stagger backwards, and fall. I look up at the kid. They look like they didn't budge! "S-sorry.." I mutter. The kid just glares at me and walks away. What's his deal? I get up and go to my locker, the deep thought I had, gone.
