Chapter 4

Cecil's pov

I sighed and stared at Rydel, it's her turn to watch me.

The family made a plan, they were going to have one person watch me all the time.

"Rydel I have to go to the bathroom." I said looking at her.

"Again, not until a boy is here." Rydel explained with a sigh. I laid in bed when my phone began to beep, I grabbed a hold of it and was about to answer when Rydel asked, "Who is it?"

"OSS." She nodded and sat back.

"Hey agent Cecil"

"Hey, Agent Wills, what is it?" I asked into the phone.

"There is a new enemy and it seems to have a personal score with you and your sister."

"Wait, what. Who is it?"

"We don't know his real name all we now is he calls him self, 'The Iceman' or something"

"Give me a sec." I replied then pulled out my laptop and began to search him up. with some hacking and things I was able to get a full profile.

"He uses ice... who do I know who had a thing on Ice?"

"There are two, Zack Morgan and Simon Persyle."

"Simon.... Simon....SIMON!"

"What is it?"

" He is the one, there was so much me and my sis did to him, he must be after revenge on his uncle, who is Doughlas."

"You must contact Agent Rebecca before it spirals."

"I will tell her when she gets back from the waterpark"

"Why aren't you with her?"

"I am grounded"

"Why?"

"After effects from meeting my mother, bye Agent Wills"

"Bye Agent Cecil"

And with that we hanged up, and at that moment the others walked in.

"Rebecca we have a problem."

She looked at me knowing I don't use her full name unless there is a problem.

"What is it?" she asked concerned.

"Well, remember Simon Persyle..."
